Then a couple weeks later there was a response to my bad review saying ' they were under new management and someone would contact me. After looking through many reviews, I discovered this is what they say to lots of customers. It is clearly an attempt 'to look' as though they are attempting to rectify any poor reviews they may have received. Again people, I seriously advise shopping elsewhere. More

This was my second vehicle purchase and i wish i went here for the first vehicle. Possibly, no actually, THE BEST experience I've ever had with a dealership. The staff at this place are ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!! I have never felt so comfortable at a dealership before and best of all i didn't feel pressured ONCE!! Right away they offered coffee, water or a bag of popcorn and were EXTREMELY attentive to us and helped us to all ends to find the vehicle we were looking for. We had Justin and Anthony W help us find the Jeep that was perfect for us and test drive it, go over everything. they go above and beyond to make everything comfortable and easy for you. We had Jen and Derrick help us with getting the financing going and Trong to finish it off and get the bill of sale. I was finally able to get my childhood dream car. they made everything absolutely easy and explained everything to the best of their knowledge and if they couldn't they asked around for us. I couldn't be happier with the service i got here and would MOST DEFINITELY recommend it to ANYONE!! I'm still speechless to how AMAZING and WONDERFUL everyone here was. I'm very happy i decided to go here and i will forever go here. Thank you so much Justin, Anthony W, Jen, Derrick and Trong for making my second vehicle purchase so easy and unforgettable!!!! They dont like fixing their mistakes ! Such poor service. They installed a aftermarket remote start on my new vehicle before i got it and now another garage is telling me they messed up the Such poor service. They installed a aftermarket remote start on my new vehicle before i got it and now another garage is telling me they messed up the wiring in my durango and causes me to have problems with my vehicle and had to pay a bill for their screw up! Not happy and will never buy from them again. They refuse to own up and admit their mistake and did nothing but trash my local dealership. Very unprofessional. Do not buy here!!! More

Ryan , James and Jeremy did everything in their power to make our experience pleasant and comfortable . We walked out of Capital Crysler completely satisfied with our 2017 grand caravan GT . Ryan was our salesman , James our Sales manager , and Jeremy our financial advisor . Ryan was able to get us an amazing deal on our van , one that no other dodge dealership we had gone to could match . Will definitely be buying our next vehicle from Ryan and the Capital Crysler team! Worst experience ever This all started around the end of August 2017 when I was contacted by a salesman at the dealership asking me if I was interested in trading in my This all started around the end of August 2017 when I was contacted by a salesman at the dealership asking me if I was interested in trading in my Jeep Wrangler for a new model. I was kind of undecided at the time but the salesman set up an appointment for me for around Aug 29. I went down to the dealership, found out what my trade was worth and they looked in the system for any new Wranglers i would possibly be interested in. I took the information and when I got back to work I checked to see if we received any deals through my company. I work for Suncor Energy. I went back to the dealership on September 12 to see what kind of a deal I could get on a new Wrangler. I picked one out and was told it would be a certain price and was fine with it. The Wrangler I wanted didn't have the hard top insulation, I asked the salesman if I could get it installed and he told me yes not a problem. When I got to finance I asked about the Suncor deal and was told that I was getting such a good price on the Wrangler that I wouldn't need to use the discount. The Wrangler that I wanted was actually at another dealer so it would take a few days for them to get it in which was fine by me because I was heading back to work (I work a 7 days on 7 days off schedule). I went back to the dealer on Sept 21 at about 12PM to pick up my Jeep. I stood around waiting for approximately 90 minutes before my salesman came over to talk to me (he was with another customer). We went to the detailing area so that I could check out the Jeep. I noticed that the hard top liner was not installed and asked about it.....salesman told me it must not have been ordered but he would order it. I drove the Jeep out of the detailing area around to the front so we could switch plates and get the paperwork. I got back into the building and was told that the paperwork was missing but that I should come back the next day to get this done. They slapped on a dealer plate and sent me on my way....the Jeep also had less than a quarter tank of fuel, I was told that ! they would fill it up the next day. I went back the next day at 9:30AM and asked to speak to either my sales guy or the finance guy.....neither were there, waited about 45 min then left for about 90 min and came back. I spent about another hour there dealing with paperwork etc and was finally able to leave, they never fuelled up the Jeep or installed my hard top liner. I was also promised some quality fitted floor matts which I never received and was told they weren't added to the price. I also noticed that the roll bar handles weren’t in the Jeep (handles had come with every other Wrangler I've owned) I was told that they don't necessarily come with the Jeep so I was not getting those either. I was so angry after basically wasting 2 days picking this thing up I just wanted to get out of there....No fuel, no liner, no matts, no handles. I thought about things for a few days and decided to call the dealership and speak to the manager. I was put through.....went to voicemail and I left a message asking for him to call me to discuss this situation. This was on Monday September 25 and I have yet to receive a phone call back. I love my Jeep Wranglers but after this experience I will NOT be purchasing another. More
