Just like any other dealership Found a truck that I wanted. they held the truck for me while I was waiting on a check for a down payment. Dhiraj got me exactly what I wanted. Garret Found a truck that I wanted. they held the truck for me while I was waiting on a check for a down payment. Dhiraj got me exactly what I wanted. Garret was too busy, I felt like it was just another sale to him, and Jeremy finalized everything in a timely fashion. Reason I'm only giving it a 3 star is because I had to track down a a service person to figure out how to upgrade the tonneau cover that was included with the deal. That took way too much of my time to go from manager to parts to service all to figure out how much extra I needed to pay. They lose another star for insisting I give a review, 2 text messages and a phone call the next day after I received the truck. Overall time at the dealership was 5-6 hours on multiple visits. More

A couple faults Was not impressed that they stuck in $700 of insurance onto our bill without our knowing it. We told them to remove it and the manager comes to speak Was not impressed that they stuck in $700 of insurance onto our bill without our knowing it. We told them to remove it and the manager comes to speak to us about that and extended warranty. We were ready to walk away from the deal. They truly ruined what should have been a happy experience. Second item.... not impressed that they give you only one key. More
