Ram 3500 Service Friendly enough staff and got my vehicle in quick, 4 recall notices which they took care of during the service call as i left my truck overnight. Only negative was they forgot to give me back my wheel lock key and forgot to put my items back in the vehicle once the detailing I paid for was complete. Had to travel back to the dealership again to collect the missing items in the truck to determine which of the 3 lock keys they had was mine. More

To start, I booked my service and couldn’t make the exact time for the first shuttle, the woman who took my appointment offered to put a note on my file to wait for me. Second, the shuttle driver was AMAZING. I believe he made this 5 star rating! He was so friendly, kind, interactive, and overall unbelievable. Third, I got back to the dealership and walked in to be greeted by yet another smiling face. Surprising in itself as it was 5:30 on a Friday and they were still SMILING. Fourth, they went above and beyond and did a recall that I didn’t even mention. Lastly, a woman at the service counter who was newer but so well trained and informed gave me my paperwork and then SHOOK MY HAND!! Overall, I am extremely impressed. This was my first time at Capital and I will now not go elsewhere. I’ve tested multiple dealerships and have been upset each time. Capital has reinvented my respect in dealership courtesy. More

Repair to 2013 Ram A Nox sensor failed while I was on vacation and over 200 like friends m the dealer service department and had no appointment. I called them with what was wrong and and got the truck in as the same day as I was able to get it back before it went into limp mode. They had the parts and even fixed 2 recalls on the truck too.
