A couple faults Was not impressed that they stuck in $700 of insurance onto our bill without our knowing it. We told them to remove it and the manager comes to speak Was not impressed that they stuck in $700 of insurance onto our bill without our knowing it. We told them to remove it and the manager comes to speak to us about that and extended warranty. We were ready to walk away from the deal. They truly ruined what should have been a happy experience. Second item.... not impressed that they give you only one key. More

Positive experience Over the years, I have purchased more than a few new vehicles. Out of all the dealerships I've dealt with, this has been the most positive experience Over the years, I have purchased more than a few new vehicles. Out of all the dealerships I've dealt with, this has been the most positive experience ever. From my salesman Dhiraj to the manager Oman, I have never been treated better. Now, I don't want to say they are perfect...lol, as they were deficient with a few things like the nevis paper and the trucks manuals ( which I'm sure they will find for me) they went above and beyond to have the truck ready for me. Thanks More
No key fob I bought my Journey last April. I was told by the salesman Jordan that they had the spare key fob locked up and would call me when it was ready. I c I bought my Journey last April. I was told by the salesman Jordan that they had the spare key fob locked up and would call me when it was ready. I called a month later. No spare fob. The service department said they will get me one through the replacement fob program which would lower the amount of my replacement fobs. They said they will call when it was ready. A couple of months later I call again and no one knew about the fob and said they will order one and call me. Nothing again. This has been going on for over a year. I had to trade in my Citadel because they told me my powertrain went and it was at least a $5000 fix. After all of this run around I'm questioning their integrity and if that was what was really wrong with my vehicle. I'm still waiting for a spare key fob to this day. On top of that I looked at trading my Journey in for something different and was offered a Caravan. I was very clear from the beginning that I did not want to trade for that. When I turned it down completely the finance person and salesman became rude and condescending towards my friend and I. I will never go back to purchase a vehicle here. I do not see the names of the employees I deakt with to list them. More
The Capital Service Department is Exceptional! All work was performed to my liking under the guidance of Basem. Basem called when my truck was ready and I will continue to service my truck through Basem, great job done! :) I will also pass on Basem/Capitals name to my customers, friends and family for any of there Dodge Service Work! I have also had a few dealings with Chris Corliss on the Parts Counter, and once again he was great to work with! Ron D More

They fought to find me the best deal and gave me the best pricing for my used vehicle. They were patient with my indecision which took me three months to purchase. Dhiraj batra called me every time dodge had a new sale to inform me of what he was able to offer. Jeremy searched every lender to find me the best rate possible and offered excellent advice in the pros and cons of each option. I am quite pleased with everything. More

Absolutely terrible every single time My first experience, I was a first-time new vehicle buyer prepared to spend over $50,000, so I was looking at a lot of different options, and their sa My first experience, I was a first-time new vehicle buyer prepared to spend over $50,000, so I was looking at a lot of different options, and their sales associate had the audacity to say "are you actually going to buy something or are you just here wasting my time", the next day I had a brand new sport from somewhere else. The next time I went there to have service done on my vehicle, I had my truck for a little over a year and a half and my AC was depleted, they told me there was no leaks no problems, recharged it under warranty. then after one season, the freon went down to zero again, obviously there was a leak they had missed. Service manager continue to then say it was something I did instead of thinking hey there's a good chance we missed a leak. Tried to convince me it is normal for the freon to go to empty in just over 3 years in Canada where I would use it maybe 2 months of the year. I had another company look at it FIX THE LEAK (yes there was one) and recharge it for me. I have left numerous messages for this manager, without even a simple phone call to acknowledge the fact that I called and that he gave a xxxx will never ever do business with this dealership ever again, and I will go out of my way to make sure nobody else does that I know. Just so happens my company needs three new 3500 fleet vehicles. RESPONSE TO DEALER RESPONSE Of course you would say that you couldn't confirm or deny what happened. It happened and it cost you the sale of my truck. Takes a lot to have me submit a review and I only so it so that people realize what you really care about Funny..... Everyone I spoke to including the dealership I bought it from said that having the freon go twice in 3 years was NOT normal. I took it to a shop and oh wait ... They DID FIND A LEAK. It was very slight but it was there. Yes the Ac was recharged in september, and if you lived in canada, you would understand that it wasn't used much until the next summer. And I was without my truck for 2 months of that summer which again if you live in Canada would mean the AC wasn't used that much, when I got my truck back, the AC was mediocre at best but kinda worked every once and a while and my only mistake was not mentioning it then. You spend all this time saying that there is no possible way you missed something and that it must have been something I have done. You would even provide me the courtesy of checking it without charging me $140. Giving me some bullcrap about keeping the lights on give me a xxxx break you guys make stupid margins on everything. Yes I understand it's been a while since you saw it, but in air conditioning usage time it was no time at all. And thanks very much for once again not doing what's right or granting a show of good faith to a potential customer when it could cause you to lose a fraction of the cost it cost me. I was very polite and pleading to the service manager and all he cared about was money. This incident has cost you the potential sale of 3 $70,000 trucks as well as my next truck. All because you can't look past your own greed. I'm glad a $300 cost to you was worth all future business. More
