We are happy with the SUV. The salesman Ray was not very cooperative when we requested the paperwork for the SUV that was not given to us when we left the dealership. Would’ve been nice to get two key fobs with the truck even though it’s used , all vehicles come with two original any ways . For a dealership to give a second one with a used truck is peanuts . I had went to Derrick Dodge dealership as being new to the Edmonton area had to start with one . I TOTALLY got ripped off . It was the worst costumer service I have ever gotten from a business . I decided to switch dealers and called Capital Chrysler Dodge and they put me threw to service . That’s when I was introduced to Paul El-Hayek in service . He was really polite and eager to help me with our vehicle . I told him we needed our Jeep checked he was happy to help. Gave us a appointment right away and supplied us with a vehicle while it was getting serviced. Although Derrick Dodge dealer said we had $1500.00 dollars in repairs (which I didn’t tell Paul about) I was worried for a big bill . Paul called when the Jeep was ready and the bill was no where near $1500.00 . Was like $200.00 . I must say I found an honest dealership in Edmonton and go there now with all our vehicle needs. I usually deal with Paul I like to stick with someone I trust when it comes to our vehicles. He is always pleasant, easy to deal with and I feel he’s very honest. Thank You Paul El-Hayek 😊 More
