Between him, Tom (Sales Manager) and Gary (Finance) they spent a week and a half on the hardest deal they ever did. But they managed to pull it off while saving us an extra $100.00 a month. All three of them were amazing to deal with and Stewart is wonderful, hilarious and makes car shopping easy. Way to go Capital, kudos to you for improving your service. More

Every time I deal with this dealership I am less impressed - So I had the service plan, and I have been getting my oil changes. Depending on the day, it would regularly take an hour for the oil change (because t So I had the service plan, and I have been getting my oil changes. Depending on the day, it would regularly take an hour for the oil change (because they would be waiting on parts - really?). Sometimes they would spill oil so it stinks when I leave (this time). Other times they wouldn't reset the oil monitor or give me a sticker... so I am at 98k, and my contract is over at 100k - and they ask me 'would you like to rotate your tires?' - I guess this was a part of my contract and no one told me about it until now - about 15 oil changes in. Wow - guess they didn't want to be bothered the other times. After I get my oil change, I booked a peace of mind service, as I am about to go off warranty. For just under $200, they go through the vehicle (supposedly). What a scam. I get a report saying everything is green, yet the bottom of the report says there are a number of things they have recommended that haven't been done. So, for example, the windshield says 'green' in the first part, but later on it 'highly recommends' that it be replaced. The windshield is brand new. I got it done elsewhere as when I got the quote from capital, I said yes ($250) but when it went in to get replaced, it was $450. I spoke to the service manager at that time, and he apologized but they didn't realize it had all the sensors - a vehicle I bought from there and have serviced there every time. So back to the report - why is it green above, and recommended below to replace? Many other examples. When the cabin filter needed to be replaced, they wanted $25 to install. The cover is off to check it - $25 to put a new one in instead of the old one? Just to walk to the parts counter? I bought it from parts and installed it at home. Also on report. Left a message for service manager to call me to discuss the report - 2 weeks later, haven't heard from him. So did they really check anything in the first part of the report? Or were they just too lazy to remove items that were clearly done from the Lower part? I still don't know. I have many stories of negative experiences here - like the two different times they took a deposit from me and sold me vehicles they didn't have (yes, I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first one, but after it happened again it is obviously how they roll). From sales to service, bar none the greasiest dealership I have ever had the displeasure to deal with - and I have bought an average of a new vehicle every two years for the last 20 years. More

They will promise you everything to make a sale but I absolutely love the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland I purchased a month ago and was very impressed with Henna, the sales lady I dealt and than Dom I absolutely love the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland I purchased a month ago and was very impressed with Henna, the sales lady I dealt and than Dominic, the sales manger. Both were very accommodating with my wishes to make this deal happen. First was my request to have the cargo package included which consisted of cargo shade and floor liner. My second request was to have the 18" wheels and tires currently on the vehicle upgraded to 20" wheels and tires. This was a definite deal breaker for me if they couldn't throw that into the sale. No problem they said, we'll throw in the cargo package as well as the upgraded tires and rims. You can even keep the 18" wheels currently on the vehicle they said. Done deal I thought, papers signed, tires, rims and floor liner where "supposedly" put on order and everyone was happy but that's where my satisfaction with this dealership ends. After multiple visits back to the dealership in the following weeks to inquire on the ordered items the run around began. The cargo floor liner would take roughly 9 days I was told to come in. It's been a month and no sign of the liner yet. The "new" tires and rims all of a sudden were now being pulled off another vehicle to be installed on mine which I was initially fine with but then realized the tires were being pulled off a vehicle with 84,000 kms on it. I was ok with the rims being used/in new condition but it's unacceptable that I was given tires that are completely worn and not fit to be on the road. Not to mention they obviously weren't balanced when installed. I had to get that done afterwards elsewhere because it felt as though they were about to fall off when driving. All of this was negotiated into the deal and in the end I did get the cargo shade which they removed from another vehicle the day I picked it up and I got my requested 20" rims, albeit they were used. What I didn't get was the new tires which I was promised and had to get replaced right away at a cost of $1000+ to me and I wasn't able to keep the 18" wheels that were currently on my vehicle. Needles to say, my initial content with this dealership has diminished and I will not deal with them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. They told me whatever I wanted to hear to make the sale but once the papers were signed, promises were broken. I only give one star due to the friendliness of the parts department and their assistance in ordering other accessories for me, otherwise no stars would be deserved for this place. A potential good customer lost. More

Honest business I had been to a couple dealerships while searching for a new Cherokee, I was told to contact Kyle Welsh at Capital Jeep. I live in Calgary but figured I had been to a couple dealerships while searching for a new Cherokee, I was told to contact Kyle Welsh at Capital Jeep. I live in Calgary but figured I would give him a call. Within 10 minutes on the phone he had all the other dealerships prices beat, no haggling just an honest bottom dollar. Over the next couple days we worked out a plan for pickup. Kyle personally went to another dealership to retrieve the Jeep I was looking for. When I arrived from Calgary to sign the final papers and take possession, Kyle new my time was limited. When things ran slightly past schedule Kyle spoke directly with his sales manager Chad Ferguson to discuss the matter. Chad was more than happy to compensate me extremely well for my time. When Kyle and I did the final walk through of the vehicle we both noticed a couple small overspray spots on the leather. Not only did Kyle have the crew come out and give the whole interior another once over, he was even in there himself with a rag making sure everything was perfect. It was more than worth the drive to Edmonton to receive the honesty and customer service I was given. Next time I am in the market for a new vehicle my first call will be to Capital Jeep. More

When I picked up the truck it had a fresh windshield, fully detailed, and shiny, but missing the front and rear badging. It was ordered and I brought it back to have it applied, and while the truck was in for a purely cosmetic reason, he loaned me his unit free of charge. Cant say enough good things. Will definitely come back. AND, they fed me pizza once while I was working out financing. More
