As a representative of "Wild Rose Project management Inc", it is shocking to me that you would publicly post a review which is so false and misleading. Your truck was last here over a year ago for an A/C concern and you stated the the A/C worked normally throughout all of last summer. If your condenser was cracked at that time, your A/C would not have been working. The fact that your 2014 vehicle has no warranty coverage for A/C is upsetting to you but it is Chrysler who sets warranty guidelines for time and mileage. In checking history there have been no services completed here since the A/C repair last year, let alone in the last 3 months. You have received services at a discounted rate on multiple occasions now because you are a friend of a former employee, and now you have tagged an employee on this review who had nothing to do with you or your truck this visit. Never again? I think that would be best.

First of all the truck is a 2015, secondly the AC issues were I thought warranty/insurance related, which was why it was brought back AGAIN this summer. You are right, I refused to bring my vehicle back to be repaired, and went to Southtown Chrysler in January of this year, and some work done, which your mechanic stated, and neglected to actually check that some of the warranty work was already done and fixed. I also had the AC fixed at Southtown. I didn't tag a friend, I tagged your employees who dealt with my vehicle when I was there in May this year. So please, you get your facts straight before responding on a public post!!!

This would be a rarity because we usually get nothing but compliments on our Express Lane. That being said it doesn't mean that a mistake wasn't made or that perhaps a process tune up is needed. If you could provide your name so I have a chance to look at your repair order, see what staff were involved and even look at the cameras it would be helpful.
