Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT I recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT From Capital Jeep Edmonton.I spent over 90 thousand dollars on this and they couldn’t not even hon I recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT From Capital Jeep Edmonton.I spent over 90 thousand dollars on this and they couldn’t not even honour what they promised. I said I would purchase the vehicle if they wrapped the front in 3M, they agreed to that also I wanted winter mats thrown in....that’s not too much to ask for considering the price of what I was buying...after the deal was done I went to pickup the vehicle I saw that only a small portion of the hood was done with 3m...they gave me some xxxxxxxx excuse about how the manager paid for the 3m out of his own pocket?? Then after I checked for winter mats another xxxxxxxx excuse that Grand Cherokees don’t come with winter mats? It was a really bad experience buying from these guys...the sales man I dealt with did his best...but management was horrible..I wouldn’t ever buy from these people again nor will I recommend this dealership. More

The salesman was great I was vary disappointed that they where unwilling to get my key fob to work there was a few minor issues with my car and though that they would be fix I was vary disappointed that they where unwilling to get my key fob to work there was a few minor issues with my car and though that they would be fixed but once I payed for it they sead “it’s a used car u get it as it is” the issues with my car where the keyless entry didn’t work I was told it was the battery and well that’s not it so Im sol. The oil was below the min line and the wind sheld sprayer didn’t work on the drivers side. More
Below Average Dropped my vehicle off for maintenance to be completed and received a probing call from a salesman the night before I dropped it off. He had a number of probing questions for me, obviously trying to determine if I'd be interested in buying something new. As I'm in sales myself, I understand these guys need to prospect but I then received a call the next morning from another sales guy asking more questions, ie: how much I owe (none of your business), what work am I having done, etc. I then had a sales guy come over and sit down with me in the waiting area and start probing. Had to tell him to leave me be as I was working while waiting for the shuttle. I'm not here to buy a car, leave me alone! Witnessed a middle aged lady in a similar situation have to forcibly tell another aggressive sales associate to leave. Minus one star for overly aggressive sales guys hovering around the service dept. Anyway, onto service. Everything was smooth, talked to the service guy on the phone after the work had been completed. I had asked them to repair slow leaks on the two passenger side tires and check an air bag warning light. On the phone he said all of these items had been fixed and I would not be charged labour because it had taken less than 1 hour. When I went into pick up my vehicle I had a $312 bill, $169 of which was for labour on the airbag. I did not have time to argue as I had to head straight to a meeting so paid and left. Got into my car and the low tire pressure light was still flashing on the rear driver side tire. Check the invoice, they fixed the wrong tire (front passenger). It should have been obvious which tires needed to be fixed, they were both low. At least they got the front drivers side, I suppose they had a 50% chance of getting it right... Minus 1 star. I would have liked to have been contacted prior to the work being completed to ok the costs, this was not done. Minus 1 star. Won't return here. More
