Yesterday I had purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram SLT Outdoorsman. My salesman is Al Dewan. Al Dewan is my very good who I have the honour to work with when we worked for the automotive industry. We found the truck we were looking for at this dealership. We were so excited! When we were making the deal, we asked for the truck to be detailed. The truck is in great shape but the seats were dirty & the ram boxes were dirty. When my husband picked up the truck & brought it home, it was not detailed! The seats were still dirty & the ram boxes weren’t even vacuumed out! The back box was also not washed out. I called the dealership right away. The manager apologized & asked us to bring it in & it will be done. We went in on Saturday (we live 45 minutes away) & all they did was wash the outside. The ram boxes, back of the truck & seats were still dirty! I showed our salesman & they sent it back to get washed again. all they did was spray out the ram boxes & back. Seats still dirty. Now the manager got involved & he told me that they wouldn’t shampoo the seats unless he specified. I told him he shouldn’t use the word ‘detailing’ because what he thinks it means is not the same as everyone else! I was very mad now. We bought a $60,000 truck & we couldn’t have it cleaned properly?! The manager could tell how upset I was now & offered for us to bring it in anytime & he will get the seats shampooed. We are so disappointed, we can’t be bothered. I’ll do it myself. We are just disappointed in the dealership for not truly detailing our new truck. It wasn’t a big request! More

Very poor service and services are always more expensive than ever quoted. The bookings group is a call center and they are to blame for not agreed to service. Peace of Mind Inspection Went with my daughter in Dec and she got the peace of mind inspection done. She told them it was make a horrible noise. When we picked it up, they said there was nothing wrong. Today she took it back in, they cut a hole in her line - said it was leaking fluid and that was the only way they took tell!!!!!! Never replaced the slashed hose, topped up the fluid, said since it was couple months ago they would do nothing, plus nothing was written on the report in Dec....how that was customers fault I dont know. But for sure is leaking now with slashed - unreplaced hose. So all these good ratings - Family and employees without a doubt! So You get peace of mind I guess for 30 Days!!! Hmmmmmm now who do we go see about those? More
