There is no point anymore.. I tried calling in and spoke with your manager Sammy and got nowhere except excuse after excuse.. I sent a follow up email on the first week of August and there was no response once again and then I followed up again last week with no response again. If your staff goes on vacation or takes days off there should be a automatic reply set… this company has a major lack of communication especially from Melody Pillay.

Hello Geoff, The only thing that is not credible is the way your business is run. A ex employee of yours gave me incorrect information about a car for me to buy it and now that employee no longer works there so according to your staff there is nothing that can be done. I have given this company months to resolve my issues and spoke with many of your staff and got no where, except run arounds. Also with this company’s smart xxx responses saying I haven’t spoken to any manager… it looks like I was given a fake name because I definitely did speak with a Sammy who likes to call customers “bro”which is completely unprofessional. Hello Amandeep, the only customer that I could find with your fist name, that owns a 2017 Jeep, and has dealt with Patrick recently was Amandeep Aulakh but if this is you I am at a loss as to why you gave us the review you did. You dropped off and picked up your vehicle the same day. The only thing you had to wait for was your 3rd party warranty company to let us know if they would cover the main concern you came in for. If you are upset that the company said the repair wasn't covered this had nothing to do with Capital or your advisor. Patrick went out of his way to get all the information to your warranty provider and it was their decision alone that determined your repair wasn't covered. Hello Zach, what you have posted is untrue. At no time did we notice any transmission or shift concerns and we did not delete codes or hide anything. As a result of our inspection and before selling this truck we did two separate wiring repairs, one in the ignition system and one for a wheel speed sensor, we changed both fuel filters, did an oil change, replaced the water pump and the right front wheel bearing, and completed several outstanding recalls. No transmission concerns were present at this time nor when you took delivery of the vehicle. If a transmission concern was present when we had the vehicle it we would have either been fixed prior to selling it or sent to an auction. Unfortunately this is the risk of buying a used vehicle and why they are cheaper than new. To my knowledge every promise that was made during the negotiations was fulfilled except that you were still going to return to get a tear in the seat cover repaired. I sympathize with the position you are in but we are not responsible for this. If you are interested, we could search for a new or used transmission and help you the best we can with pricing but that is obviously your call. Please humour me. What about my review is untrue? That your service department deleted codes off the truck? The ECM says otherwise. The service department paperwork also states they reset the codes. That the trucks overdrive clutches are fried and that the whole trans needs a rebuild? Less than 500kms after I drove it off the lot? Well, according to The 68RFE write up, those clutch packs don’t go bad over night and should of been noticed in a proper inspection/driving of the truck. Especially with a trade in inspection. That we had a terrible experience with Danny throughout the entire buying process? Including after I had told him to be quiet because my daughter had just gone to sleep in her car seat? I find your last comment very fitting. You hit the nail on the head. It is very much a risk buying a used vehicle from your dealership. One should anticipate a $5000 bill within a week of driving off your lot. Even when promised a “mechanically perfect” vehicle, (that I should of really had Danny write down when I said “I should get that in writing”) you’re guaranteed absolutely nothing. Expect broken xxx vehicles when buying from this dealership. Buying from a “certified Used” dealership, one would think that the dealer would stand behind the products and vehicles that they sell. Clearly, that statement means nothing. I’ll contact Chrysler head office again, they seemed to be the only people to talk to when my new jeep dropped a rod at 30,000kms. Cheers.

Hello Zach, once again what you are saying is untrue. The ECM can't say otherwise because if codes were deleted at some point there is no way to see that, not even at the dealership level. Also nothing like that is noted in our service paperwork. We did do a recall that required a BCM software update (body control module) but that's not related to where faulty transmission codes are stored and wouldn't effect them. It also wouldn't make sense for our technician to do such a thing, they only make money if they are repairing something. They want to have damaged or faulty components to call on used vehicle inspections in the hopes that sales will keep the vehicle and authorize the repair. This would mean more work for them and ultimately more money in their pocket. Like I said earlier, I sympathize with the position you are in but we have done nothing wrong. It absolutely makes me cringe when people take one statement out of an entire write up, and run with it. Yes, there was codes. As it stated on there service paperwork, and when I picked up the truck. There was none. You don’t have to have much of a brain, to understand the codes had been at some point in the possession of your dealership been deleted. Please send me your district managers phone number please. Buyer beware. Beware of the expenses you will endure by buying from this dealership. Beware they will say and do anything to get you to buy a vehicle, and do absolutely nothing if it breaks down the next day. Beware of Danny Setera, he will chase you down the road yelling at you. Beware of Mr. Geoff Haw, the number one “untrue” Typer, and will ignore every other part of your review. Beware they don’t hold themselves accountable to sell “certified” vehicles, it’s false advertisement. Beware of the $299 finance fee, the $599 dealership fee, the $129 tire fee, the 5% extra payment fees that they suddenly drop when you ask why the payments are higher than they should be. Beware of everything about this dealership. It’s absolutely appalling. The only way I got my new engine UNDER WARRANTY in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler, back in 2015, at this dealership. Was by contacting Chrysler head office In the United States, and having them deal with your district manager. Never again will we be doing business with this dealership. Nor should anyone else.
