I received a call from the service advisor to have my vehicle at there service center at 8am to have some repairs completed. Had the vehicle at the service at 7:45am to have the repairs completed. I was informed the repair would be done at approximately 1:30pm the same day. I received a call the vehicle would not be completed until 5pm that day. I went to the service center at approximately 3pm and the vehicle was just started to be repaired. Then they had a wrong part which they could not complete the repair that day . I was given a courtesy vehicle. Had to return to the service center the next business day. More
