Hello John, with the T56 recall that was done to your Chrysler we have to scan the vehicle to know what is required for the repair. Once we completed the scanning the part that was needed was out of stock due to an unusually high demand over the previous two days. We ordered the part and obviously you returned once the part arrived. Not an excuse, just an explanation for the return visit. As far as the contacting goes, if you had previously requested to be turned off I apologize, this was not done. I have since turned off all notifications for you, both on the service and the sales side. Please be aware that the dealership will not be contacting you in the future if there is new recall. Chrysler corporation will still notify you but it will be up to you to call and book an appointment. Sorry for any inconvenience or hassle and if you wished to discuss this further please call 780-435-4711 and ask for Geoff Haw.

Hello Joshua, I take every review seriously but after looking into your purchase and finding out what I am told are your concerns I am a little puzzled. You purchase a Grand Cherokee SRT in July for around $7000 below market value. In August you brought it back for a noise it was making that wasn't present when you purchased it. We determined the problem to be a transfer case that was needed and absorbed the $2500 bill even though it wasn't present at the time of purchase. We supplied you with a loaner for the 17 days it took to order in and replace the part and during that time you got 2 speeding tickets which we didn't charge you for. It is my understanding that what you are upset with is when you returned the loaner you forgot some shoes and cash in the vehicle and when you returned to try and retrieve them they were gone and you feel it is the dealerships responsibility to reimburse you for this. If I have this correct you must know lost items are only the responsibility of the owner who lost them. You guys are really out to lunch, waste of time even replying since you have everything figured out always! P.s you tried to charge me twice for the tickets, I just informed visa before hand since you decided not to call me back for Over a month. Only returned my call once they realized they couldn’t get money off my card. As a business you should really understand that paying full in cash no financing means you get all your funds at once, meaning yes a discount is to be offered. Let’s not forget that Jeep was sitting in your lot for several months during the middle of a pandemic(covid-19). With all your fees I still ended up paying 38000$ for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT with 136000 kms, 4 different tread level tires on it(one of them bald), cracked/hanging front bumper, collision sensor hanging on by 1 screw, transfer case on the way out because you changed the faulty transmission And didn’t think to check anything else. Not to mention upon test driving it I said alignment needed to be done, in response “okay no problem bro”, once I get it into the tire shop to replace all 4 tires (since it’s a 4x4) the mechanic shows me how out my alignment was. Not saying there wasn’t some good aspects of your dealership however for reasons stated I would give my business to anyone else. balinciaga Flip flops -600$ Hugo boss pants x2 = 460$ Cash: 200$ Paperwork = priceless Total =1060$ in items gone. I have texts back and forth with jay clearly saying he has set it aside for me and I can “come in whenever” even if he wasn’t there and get my things. Come in 2 weeks later just to get yelled at saying how that’s not there job and that I took to long, that is after they told me 3 different stories regarding what happened. “They sold the car bro what you want me to do” is the final answer I recieved.
