There were some communication errors where things were not clear about what was being done on my vehicle, where things didn’t match up to what was said and what was on the work order. Clearly there is a disconnect somewhere down the line. I had to have the same repair done 2ce on my vehicle and am still monitoring it to see if it’s still leaking. During the first repair I acquired damages to a part on my vehicle. Thankfully the dealership paid to repair this new damage. My service provider was very polite and I could see instances where he was going out of his way to do what he could. More
