I recently took my Jeep in to have a tire repair done, first time ever visiting this location and unfortunately my first experience wasn’t great. I was told when I got there it would be about 45 minutes, first time ever visiting this location and unfortunately my first experience wasn’t great. I was told when I got there it would be about 45 minutes, no problem as I walked in without an appointment. It took almost 2 hours to get my tire repair done as I waited with my 5 week old baby. The service manger noticed I’d been waiting a while and checked it out and explained what happened, they broke the valve stem. He didn’t charge me for the tire repair as he knew how long I’d been waiting (thank you for that). Bring me to today, the tech did such a sloppy job he couldn’t even clean the tire paste off my rim - which is covered in it! I’ll be cleaning it off and hoping there isn’t a scratch under it. There were some communication errors where things were not clear about what was being done on my vehicle, where things didn’t match up to what was said and what was on the work order. Clearly there is a disconnect somewhere down the line. I had to have the same repair done 2ce on my vehicle and am still monitoring it to see if it’s still leaking. During the first repair I acquired damages to a part on my vehicle. Thankfully the dealership paid to repair this new damage. My service provider was very polite and I could see instances where he was going out of his way to do what he could. More
