My 2003 dodge ram van 3500 was towed to this dealership on sunday June 30th and I was told about the ciber attack and they could not do much for now. They do not care about you, they only care about profiting as much as possible, even if screwing you over is what it takes. I bought a used car at this dealership, and I will never buy from here aga profiting as much as possible, even if screwing you over is what it takes. I bought a used car at this dealership, and I will never buy from here again. They gave a truly pathetic attempt of trying to make my experience a good one. First of all, we had an agreement that I would only buy the car if they detailed the car before I picked it up, because it was so dirty from the previous owner and they had never bothered to clean it. They promised to do so, and all they did was vacuum the carpets. The car was still just as dirty when I picked it up. They promised to re-detail it properly this time when I complained, the seller agreed with me that it was a terrible cleaning job, and promised it would be done correctly this time. I brought it back, and once again they only vacuumed the carpets. The entire car was still physically dirty. I am going to have to pay to get the car cleaned because it is truly disgusting, and a completely pathetic attempt of cleaning it. A child could clean the car better than they did. On top of that, they had turned off the check engine light and sold it to me without telling me that it needed a transmission replacement, and the check engine light didn't turn on until I had already bought the vehicle. It is disgusting to me that they sold me a vehicle that needed this much work and lied about it, and then did such a horrible job of attempting to give my car a "full detail". I will never step foot in this dealership again. More
