Hello Darcy, you brought your vehicle in for us to diagnose your misfire, but it turns out the repairs needed weren't just an easy fix. When we eventually got to the root of the problem we found that you needed a cam, lifters, and your heads to be sent out to be planed. There was metal in your oil as well from the lobes being worn off. You chose not to complete these repairs, and I don't doubt that your truck runs worse than it did when it came in. These worsened symptoms would have happened to your vehicle in a short period of time on its own, but pulling things apart to diagnose the problem and putting it back together unrepaired acted as a catalyst for these symptoms to show up sooner. I am sorry you are unhappy with your visit, but I hope my explanation has helped in some way. PS. We would be willing to work with you on pricing for the needed repairs or putting in a used engine. I’m pleased with everything I’m waiting to get a call from Randy for me to come in and get it fixed, I wasn’t sure how to fill out the thing they sent me I thought 1 star ment the best I feel bad but overall it was a good learning experience I’ve never bought anything like this from Alberta I’ll feel better when I get the other set of keys and my $2000 and can drive with my engine light off as for Al he’s a great person and was always there to help me ❤️
