SERVICE VISIT

I received a call from the service advisor to have my vehicle at there service center at 8am to have some repairs completed. Had the vehicle at the service at 7:45am to have the repairs completed. I was vehicle at there service center at 8am to have some repairs completed. Had the vehicle at the service at 7:45am to have the repairs completed. I was informed the repair would be done at approximately 1:30pm the same day. I received a call the vehicle would not be completed until 5pm that day. I went to the service center at approximately 3pm and the vehicle was just started to be repaired. Then they had a wrong part which they could not complete the repair that day . I was given a courtesy vehicle. Had to return to the service center the next business day. More

COMPLETE RIP OFF. They will lie to you, scam you, mark up pricing and fail to leave out valuable information such as the importance of gap coverage. Dustin seemed like a genuine guy but was taking orders from Colin - Dustin was my salesman and provided little to no information when it came to the purchasing of the vehicle. I am now out of a vehicle that I owe on - that got written off, DUE TO A FAULTY VEHICLE (windshield cracked after turning on the auto defrost, when my vehicle lost control it's because the vehicle WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO STEER) and now have to pay $10,000 out of pocket because it's "my fault for driving in icy road conditions". Had he actually taken the time to explain things I would not be in this situation. This is a CORRUPT location and they WILL scam you. The guys that work there are a bunch of uneducated losers who attempt to flirt with women to scam them. 0 stars. More
