Hello Ray, you were on your way from Alaska to south of the 49th parallel when your diesel engine failed. There is no value in a 2004 diesel truck if it doesn't have a working diesel engine. I am sorry that your truck let you down and you were put in a position that you had to purchase, but no matter if it had new components or not, an older diesel truck without a working diesel engine does not have resale value. Hello Ky, this isn't normally how we do business. You have had eleven prior visits with us with no problems. Unfortunately, we had some jobs that normally don't take long to do, that turned out to be more than expected and were carried over from the day before. This pushed your job back which was going to hit the shop just around the time you showed up. I know this inconvenienced you though, so if you are interested we would be willing to valet your vehicle back and forth for you, and do the inspection you requested for free. Your advisor did try to call you to discuss this but was unable to get in touch with you.
