To me, it shows a lack of passion about the product they are attempting to sell. In the past, this has happened to me on a number of occasions when it came to computers, electronics in general, and CARS. Especially cars. Granted I have been a car enthusiast for the past 40 years and I literally made my second home at car shows and racetracks. So a lack of knowledge, enthusiasm and passion about a vehicle that a salesperson is attempting to sell is a major turnoff, and one that would hasten my departure from that location. If you are fortunate enough, you will experience the charm, passion, friendliness, and knowledge that Laura brings to the vehicle environment. Not only is she one of the most determined people I have ever met in the automotive sales business, but she has the knowledge and the drive (pun intended) to make your experience at Capital Dodge a memorable one. She is a member of a number of local car clubs and is well connected in the automotive circles. She is also no stranger to the race track. With that massive smile that she brings to every event, it's virtually impossible not to like her. A long experience with a happy result. I bought my second Wrangler off of Zack. Everything went well with the purchase and succouring financing. The car starter was installed right away but the leather took almost 3 weeks to get put in I took the aftermarket company 2 weeks to get the leather in and another half a week to get it prepped and cut and stitched together. Zack despite dealing with daily phone calls and texts from this very impatient Jeep enthusiast did everything he could to get my Jeep ready as fast as possible and resolved all my issues quickly and fully. Great Experience Each Time from Zack Banks!!! I have had the pleasure of dealing with Zack twice now. I just bought my second vehicle from him a few days ago. I am the type of person who gets VERY uneasy and annoyed around "pushy" salespeople and have no problem walking away from a car lot when i feel pressured. Zack is NOT pushy at all. He is VERY pleasant and nice and seems to truly care about making sure you get not only what you want, but what you need. He is very attentive to what you have to say and never makes you feel like your questions aren't valid. Since this is the second car i have purchased from him, i can also attest to the post sales follow up and communication from him. He is second to none in making sure that even after you have made the purchase, the service never falters. He is always willing to take a call or answer a question even a year after purchasing. Not many car dealers out there would do that. It is that attention and genuine care for the customer that made me not even think twice about dealing with him again.
