My first new vehicle was purchased at Sherwood Park dodge. 2013 laramie longhorn ram 1500. I went back to the dealership to purchase a 2015 jeep grand cherokee SRT 8 2 years later. I had an awful experience. To keep this short I won't go into detail. I decided to take my business elsewhere and I came upon capital. I called in and spoke to Mike. H who quickly set me up with Linden. F. They couldn't find exactly what I wanted and found a different leather option for me. It was perfect. I was soooo happy. I went over and signed papers immediately. I went to collect my deposit at Sherwood park and seen a different color jeep that I wanted instead. I called Mike who had me swap for the new one after he found a replica jeep that was at Sherwood Park. Everything was done quickly without sacrificing quality of service. I'm not always the easiest customer to deal with because of how picky I am. But I never felt rushed or forgotten or ignored and this is coming from someone who believes in a high level of customer service. Sherwood Park dodge can learn a thing or two from Capital.
