Worst customer service experience ever. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and at first everything went well. Until, after only a week, a part was needed for the brand new vehicle We purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and at first everything went well. Until, after only a week, a part was needed for the brand new vehicle and it went into the shop. After being continuously lied to about the part being almost in, we found out there was no such part in North America. After a continuous battle with the dealership to have this straightened out, it was still not resolved. This experience wasted a tremendous amount of our time and money. This was the worst customer service experience we have ever encountered, and I warn anyone thinking of buying a vehicle here to save your time. It was a horrendous experience and they know absolutely nothing about true customer service. More

terrible, awful, insert negative adjective here I had decent experience with this dealership when I had purchased my Compass last year. Since our family is expanding, we figured we would go see them I had decent experience with this dealership when I had purchased my Compass last year. Since our family is expanding, we figured we would go see them about getting into a van and small car, instead of owning two SUVs. However we were met with attitude the moment we walked into the door. We knew exactly what we were looking for, yet they continued to question us without listening to what we had to say. When they came back with a price, the payments were more than double what we were already paying. They called my wife a liar when she called them out on saying they couldn't get her a deal on a car for her SUV. When we politely asked for our keys to our vehicles back so we could leave, we basically had them thrown at us and a very rude "FINE" was said to us. I have a one year old who behaved with more maturity than the sales people did today. I will not be going back to this dealership, and I will make sure none of my family or friends go either. More

Second Time Much Better Having previously written a review that outlined problems I had with this dealership, I now have to write and tell of my most recent service visit. T Having previously written a review that outlined problems I had with this dealership, I now have to write and tell of my most recent service visit. The service writer, Alexis, was helpful and he had a detailer come and talk to me about the current concern which was the recurrence of a strong odor of cigarettes in the upholstery. I was told that the odor probably came from the interior car air filter and that they would replace it, re-shampoo the carpet and also do another ozone treatment. I had to leave the car overnight due to an early appointment I had but when I picked my Journey up the next day, all the work was completed satisfactorily. There was a service department follow up phone call to see if I was happy with the results. I am satisfied with the work done and want to thank all the service people for their customer service and friendly attitude. Suemuffin. More
