Capital Motors has re-written the books for customer satisfaction and customer delight. My experience started off with salesman, Kelvin Pang. Not only was he extremely professional and highly knowledgeable of the products, he was extremely courteous and made my car buying experience painless. After a series of test drives and questions, he knew exactly what features and trim levels would work for me. Lo and behold, I fell in love with the car he suggested and I’m driving it right now! Before I drove off with it, he inspected the entire vehicle as if it was his own. He even cleaned a small speck of dust on the door (which I would have never noticed)...who does that unless they really care about their customers?? I walked out of Capital Motors a happy customer because I got what I wanted (including MY PRICE!). Most of the credit goes to Kelvin but the excellent experience didn’t end there. His team also deserves an honorable mention specifically; Taurean Windrum and Jen London! Capital Motors, you just got yourself another loyal customer! 5 star rating!
