The wonderful experience that my husband and I both had with I just would like to let your company know what a wonderful person we delt with,because two years ago I would not walk back into your sales room becau I just would like to let your company know what a wonderful person we delt with,because two years ago I would not walk back into your sales room because we were treated about as bad as you could get and I was treated like crap especially from Nickole in finance but that was two years ago.and when I came in with my husband we got a young lady named Natalia sotnikova which I am sorry to say I did not treat her very nice at first but within 15 minutes she had my attention,I have not been explained so thoroughly from a person and made to feel so comfortable in all my years dealing with car salesmen plus she phones and checks on us which I also have never had that happen in all my years so what I am saying is you people had better Keep her because now I tell every body I know what kind of treatment she gave me and I love it. Also the two ladies in finance my husband delt with Jen London ,and I delt with Alexandra Yun also had a wonderful experience with them both there explanation of the deal was done step by step and it was awesome.
