This was the third vehicle that I purchased from them and went back becuase we had a good experience in the past. I first viewed the 14 Fiat 500L on June 30. We returned on July 2 and took it for a test drive and decided to proceed with the purchase as the vehicle. On July 4 we were informed that the loan went through and that we would be contacted in the morning to set up a delivery time. July 5 at 9:05 am I was contacted by the Service Manager and we set up a time for delivery for July 7 at 11:00 am. Fast forward to July 7 at 11:00 am....we pull up to the dealership and my vehicle hasn't been touched. My stomach flips and I go in to find out why my vehicle has't been touched. I am greeted by three men at the main desk and they can see that I am upset. I demand to know why my vehile isn't ready. The Sales Manager, Lowell, indicates that my vehicle needed a part. By this time my husband has entered and is standing by me. I demand to know why no one had contacted me to tell me that my vehicle wasn't ready as this would have saved me a trip. Lowell than asks where I am coming from to which my husband responds it doens't matter, we made a trip that shouldn't have been made. We are told that someone will call us tomorrow. We quickly leave very upset. A short time our sales guy calls to apologize for not calling and telling us to not come down for our vehicle. Now my brain is focused on crap I have no insurance on my existing car as I have taken it off for my new vehicle. Zack says that they will give me a dealer plate (later retracts this), than offeres a rental the following day (this wouldn't work for me as I have a meeting early in the morning), than tells me to take a cab and I will get reimbursed (this wont work as I drive from Fort Sask to the west end to drop my daughter and grandson off before proceeding to work in the downtown area). I told him I have to think of a solution. I decide to call frist thing in the morning to get the insurance back on my car and I request tint be put on my car and the front 3md for my troubles. Zack says he will let me know if they will agree to this in the morning. Monday July 8th I am contacted by Lowell and told yes they will tint and 3m. I am also told at that time that my loan was different than I had requested. Instead of 6 years it is now 5 years. News to me but the interest rate was better so that is alright. July 12th our vehicle is finally ready and we are on our way to get it. We arrive to pick it up at 6:00 pm. We sign the papers go to the car to do the delivery inspection. My seats are stained, there is plastic on the seats, cardboad on the floor and all of the tags still on the inside. You can clearly see that it hasn't been cleaned inside at all. We later discover that the NAV system hasn't been programmed yet. We make an appointment for the 16th to bring the vehicle back to have it cleaned and the NAV installed. At the end of the day on the 16th we arrive and the outside of the car shines. You can see that right away a difference from the 12th. The wheels are shiny and you can see the glitter in the paint job. My face is finally sporting a smile. :) We view the interior and the dealership did forget to take all of the delivery tags out of the car which means that the inside still hadn't been detailed but the seats are clean and that was really my main concern. We also later find out that the vehicles do not come with NAV installed, they only come NAV ready. The dealership decided to install this at no cost to me for my troubles. Yes this was a rocky purchase for me, but when you look at what the dealership did (tint windows, 3M the front, reduction on the extended warranty, installed NAV) I do truly think that the dealership tried to rectify the situation for me and becuase of that I will continue to use this dealership for my service work. I walked in with a van that was pretty beat up and had allot owing on it. The entire staff from the salesmen, sales manager and the finance team were great. I have dealt with 3 other car dealer ships over the years and none of them gave me this kind of service. More

Buying a vehicle can be a very daunting task for some. As a single mother I was not looking forward to it. I was referred to Bryan because of his great customer service. I was told "He's amazing. He will sta a single mother I was not looking forward to it. I was referred to Bryan because of his great customer service. I was told "He's amazing. He will stand on his head to help you get what you want. He is a really nice man. He is not pushy and will knock himself out trying to help you". Well with comments like that how could I not go see him. We met Monday and Tuesday I drove home my beautiful new FIAT. She's right, if you are looking for someone who will think about you first then Bryan is the one you need to see. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. It made buying a new car fun, which it should be. Thank you Bryan for everything you did. More

I bought my truck and left it at the dealership for 5 days to have the undercoating done and leather I would extremely not recomend this dealership. I bought my truck and left it at the dealership for 5 days to have the undercoating done and leather conditioning done. The day i was coming down to pick up my truck the called and said it had not got done. I was told by the finance guy i was dealing with that he was sorry and if i wanted to i could bring it back at another time and he would do it then. He told me that for them not getting the work done he would reimburse the anount of the pro package back to my credit card and then just call to book an appointment when i wanted it done next I informed him that it would be tough to clean once i drove it off this lot. He assured me that it would be a professional job abd cleaned properly. I called a couple weeks later to have the pro package done and i asked him if he was going to reimburse me the cost of the pro package at this time and he told me not a chance only if i did not want the work done. I said to him that he had told me he was going to give me my money back last time i had talked to him he proceded to tell me he said nothing of the sort and that i had not heard him properly. I wanted this undercoating done so i went ahead with it. Once i got to the dealership i was set up with a rental and i was told my truck would be in good hands. My truck was there for 2 days i had called the next day and mentioned that my tire monitors for the two rear tires had come on and when i filled the tires they had not gone out i was told they would look at them by the end of the day i was also told the pro package would be done and the chrome stripes on my doors would be removed. I showed up at 9 am the next morning as i said i would to pick up my truck and it still had the chrome stripes still on the door and they were just taking it to fill it up with fuel. They then proceded to tell me that they had just noticed my tires were low and took it to the service bay and found a nail in one and had to look further for a leak on the other tire. I had told them this was supose to be looked at the day before obviously this never got done as well as those chrome stripes i was promised that would be removed. I was told 45 min to and hour for my tires they came back a while later and said i needed a new tire and it would take a couple hours to complete. Where doed this tire have to come from i asked then to send a shuttle as i had another appointment with this truck that morning. I proceded to check the undercoating job that was done and they poorly cleaned the undercoating of the truck theu put the undercoating right over the clumps of mud . this is not an acceptable job in my mind. My truck sat out in the parking lot for a coulpe hours and when i seen it the window was wide open on my truck i asked why the window was open and all the could say was sorry that should have not happened. I told them that i had valubles in there and is this how they treat trucks they are noit working on . In the mean time i am still at the dealership waiting for my tire. I have now missed my appointment with my truck because of wairting for this tire. I had to wait 6 hours for a tire yes 6 hours i was told by the service advisor i would get a call from his boss with regards to my undercoating and why my window was left open. As the tire finally got done i was told to grab my keys from the mechanic as he was parking my truck. I went out to meet him and as he was exiting my truck with his dirty coveralls on my nicely cleaned leather seats he dragged his muddy boots over the chrome piece at the enterance if the door and scratched it. This is how my day went. I was asked to email Brad J si i had and did not get a response i also called him and left a voice mail and no response . A week went by i fanally got a call from someone and they said they would make it right i addressed my concerns and all they said they would make it right. They told me they wanted to sit with me and listen to my concerns and make it right. I was looking forward to talking to someone who might be able to address the concerns on the horrible service i have had with my new truck. I booked another appointment to have the undercoating redone again and a service and have the chrome strips removed from the doors. I showed up i was told they would give me a rental or one of there vehicles for the 2 days while they did this work again. The vehicle the gave me was discustingly dirty there were stains in both seats garbage and a complete mess in the back and white stains in the trunk. thois vehicle was discusting to driveto say the least. I got a phone call the next day that my truck would be ready in about half an hour or so they were just starting the oil change. I showed up 45 min later the oil change had not been started yet. I went into the shop to look at the undercoating job again and it had been done better this time but they still did not completely get all the mud off they coated over the time before. I waited for 2 hours for my truck to get an oil change. The next monday i got a message wanting to know how the pick up of mu truck went and looking for the hotel receipt as they were going to cover my hotel cost for coming down again. On Wednesday i got in contact with the guy from the dealership letting him know i was dissapointed i had to wait 2 hrs for my truck and the undercoating was better but not 100% he told me he had my hotel reciept and he would take care of it and he was sorry for my inconveniances. I was told someone above his pay grade would call me to hear my concerns as they did not sit down with me to address anythig. It has been a couple weeks now and no phone call and my hotel costs have not been reimbursed yer either. I an tired if being lied to and told sorry . If this is how a person gets treated when they buy a new vehicle why would they come back? More
