Fantasic service, very friendly and helpful I was shopping for my new Highlander originally at South Pointe, and I found the staff there to be very aggressive, to the point where it made me feel I was shopping for my new Highlander originally at South Pointe, and I found the staff there to be very aggressive, to the point where it made me feel pressured and uncomfortable. I decided to check out Canyon Creek as it is close by. One of the product advisors there Brendan was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and above all not pushy. He offered me different options in terms of payment, and we were quickly able to find a solution for my budget. It was a great experience front to back, and I would certainly recommend Canyon Creek to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Excellent as usual I have purchased my third vehicle from Canyon Creek. My first purchase was in 1994. I purchased a Toyota Camry. My sister is still driving it. Excellent car . I traded it in for a RAV4 this past week. Everyone was extremely helpful and very courteous. All the people who helped me were courteous and friendly...Brendan Rooney (very patient sales person) Cheryl MacFadden and Fisal Asad in financing and the wonderful young lady (Lola ?) who explained everything to me about my new vehicle. She was very patient and didn't mind repeating and explaining everything more than once. The head man also came and shook my hand before I left...I'm sorry that I can't remember your name. That was a nice touch! Thank you everyone at Canyon Creek. More

Sourcing a missing part from the inside of my car for free 3. Refund guarantee if I took out the extended three year warranty The first time I went to get an oil change it hadn't been applied to my account, when I asked about the missing part they sent me to the parts department who told me it would cost me to get the piece and no note had been put on my account to give me it. Finally I called this month for my free refund- the box had not been clicked to apply the refund guarantee so I lose $2100! Unrealiable and do not keep to deals. Terrible service More

Everything that was promised as a rebate during the deal was then reneged on. When I brought up the original agreement they were nothing but dismissive and rude. They are flat out liars, and I'm nonetheless disappointed to have lined the pockets of these greasy salesmen with any business. I wish I could give it one star. More

Included but hidden in this deal is that you must do all the Toyota maintenance which includes things like brake maintenance for a 1 year old car. This is absurd as it is a way of milking you. It also says you must do all the tire rotations with them. It cannot be done else where even if you can get it for free elsewhere. More

First, being really rude, Lawrence working in the service department was extremely rude and had to talk to the manager to resolve the issue. I called a week in advanced to book an appointment for a Technical Service Bulletin and the lady I talked to, mentioned that the they would cover the cost of the check and contact Toyota to see if Toyota Canada would cover the cost, since it is well known issue and a lot cars were having the same issue. When I showed up for my appointment, the service desk started off by being rude, calling me a lair about covering the code check and he said they would never contact Toyota on behalf of a customer. The customer rep. could simply ask her colleague about the phone conversation, but instead she decided to call me a lair. The manager resolve the issue, but overall, being called a lair and having a rude customer service is not fair. Second time, the car was supposed to be ready by 12 pm ( just a simple oil change) and the car was ready at 6 pm and I had to wait there for 3.5 hours as there were saying 30 more minute and the car would be ready and the 30 minutes added to 3.5 hours. More

Since the day I got my driver's license and purchased my first vehicle, I have wanted so badly to own a Tacoma, but always thought it was way out of m Since the day I got my driver's license and purchased my first vehicle, I have wanted so badly to own a Tacoma, but always thought it was way out of my price range. In November I traded in my Jeep for a 2016 Tacoma Double Cab TRD Manual and it was worth the wait! I LOVE my new Tacoma. I feel so grateful I was able to buy from a place where I felt not only my salesperson but also the managers were on my team to help me make the best decision for ME, and not just to sell a truck to a buyer. I feel like I must have asked a million questions and some of them twice, but none of the staff I dealt with made me feel like my questions were stupid or that I was annoying them. Thank you for your patience nd most of all for helping me fnially get the truck of my dreams!!!! :D More
