Service Department doesn't know how to define service This dealership likes to do the BARE minimum. You can get your car serviced but it took me three visists to get my tires properly balanced as it turn This dealership likes to do the BARE minimum. You can get your car serviced but it took me three visists to get my tires properly balanced as it turns out their machine was out of adjustment. Does no one test drive the cars? They also have 2 machines that do balancing , so why wouldn't the double check their work on another machine after the second come back? You would think that on the third visit they would have done something extra like wash the car for me or soemthing for my troubles - nope! Service drivers only take 1 person at a time I've notcied a few times and simply say that the other driver should be back soon. Try and excalate something and you will be told the svc mgr is away or isn;t available and if you try and push a bit, you get hung up on. More
