Service Department doesn't know how to define service This dealership likes to do the BARE minimum. You can get your car serviced but it took me three visists to get my tires properly balanced as it turn This dealership likes to do the BARE minimum. You can get your car serviced but it took me three visists to get my tires properly balanced as it turns out their machine was out of adjustment. Does no one test drive the cars? They also have 2 machines that do balancing , so why wouldn't the double check their work on another machine after the second come back? You would think that on the third visit they would have done something extra like wash the car for me or soemthing for my troubles - nope! Service drivers only take 1 person at a time I've notcied a few times and simply say that the other driver should be back soon. Try and excalate something and you will be told the svc mgr is away or isn;t available and if you try and push a bit, you get hung up on. More

After they took a look, they discovered a huge host of issues. I was very shocked, because I had only purchased the vehicle in the last year and it shouldn't have needed that kind of work. This was right before I was to get married, and right before I would pack up all of my belongings to move to another province, towing them behind my vehicle. Plain and simply, if I didn't invest in the repairs, we couldn't go anyway. I worked with Lawrence. He was amazing. Kept in constant contact, worked to find the best solutions, and did everything so pleasantly. Lawrence continued to find ways to lower our bill, understanding our situation, to get us all the repairs we need at the best possible cost. While I had no vehicle, they provided me one. My FJ is running better than ever and we are excited to embark on our new life journey, none of which would be possible without the service and generosity of Canyon Creek Toyota. More

Buying new car I was fortunate to meet some very nice people during my recent experience in buying new car. Ashley Philpott was a wonderful person to work with, and I didn't feel like she was pushing me to buy at any point. She worked hard to get me the colour I wanted, and I really appreciate all the many questions she answered for me, and there were plenty. She is very professional in every way, and I would feel very confident in in referring anyone to her. Service Department. Lawrence Viegas, always great! Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Reasonable price, and great service. Also, our cd player not working for some reason - they ordered a new Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Reasonable price, and great service. Also, our cd player not working for some reason - they ordered a new one, and it is already in (2 business days). Great experience! wouldn't recommend dealership to anyone, horrible customer s Explored our options with 3 dealerships, canyon creek was by far the worst customer service and was also over priced. Weren't willing to price match t Explored our options with 3 dealerships, canyon creek was by far the worst customer service and was also over priced. Weren't willing to price match the 2 other dealers. Ended up purchasing the highlander as they had exactly what we wanted that didnt need to be ordered but would never go back nor recommend to anyone. Salesman left with my lisence and wasnt willing to make the extra effort so i could have it back in my hand, want me to meet him on deerfoot. Tried speaking with a manager with no return phone call. Waited to talk to a manager when picking up the car and ended up leaving as no manager ever made an appearance. We were also left waiting for our delivery person, mentioned it to the front desk and they had her paged. She didn't even know we were waiting, not one person made the effort even after being told we had to make an appt because everything was based on an appointment. Won't ever go back nor recommend to anyone. If we could have waited longer to get into our toyota we would have definatley went elsewhere. More
