"Reached Our Limit "

Myself and my partner have reached out final point of frustration with this dealership. We needed a seal on the back window fixed as it had fallen off our 2017 Toyota truck and we are still under warranty. For the past month we have been given the run around: "we will call you when we have the part" / "we will call you to book an appointment" - no call, not once. When we finally took action, we were told the part was in and we were booked in for an appointment. My partner took time of his work to come drop the truck off only to find out they 1. Had no idea what he was talking about 2. Did NOT have the part and 3. If this was to be replaced it would have to go to a different dealership for days. This is just a final straw as we have consistently dealt with poor customer service and communication from this location. We highly regret buying our vehicle here and never will again. For such a great quality vehicle that Toyota offers, they have the worst customer care I've experienced.

"Warranty was a struggle"

My wife and I bought two vehicles a year ago. We love the Toyota product and it’s close to my work. Sales was fine. They did not honour a warranty I purchased and will never go back. I am disappointed. I would not recommend. They were happy to take our money. Not so happy when we needed warranty.

"Lawrence Viegas is excellent in service"

I have been taking my vehicles to Lawrence in the service department at Canyon Creek Toyota for the last three years and he is excellent. He always gets me in whenever I need it and he makes sure I am taken care of in terms of loaner cars or information on what is necessary for my car. I can't recommend him enough.

"New highlander..sales people great"

Charles Kayihura and Norm Bellefleur in sales were great people to deal with....both had lots of patience...they both made the buying experience quite enjoyable for this old timer....I really appreciated their help and understanding. They are real assets to C Creek Toyota and a pleasure to deal with. I have had my trade in serviced at this dealership for some time and try to deal with Evan Fullerton. Evan is exceptional and a great asset to C.Creek Toyota as well. I have only given a 4 out of 5 on price because the customer thinks he should always have done better and I am no exception. However, overall, I am completely satisfied with both my sales and service experience at this dealership.
