Myself and my partner have reached out final point of frustration with this dealership. We needed a seal on the back window fixed as it had fallen off our 2017 Toyota truck and we are still under warranty. For the past month we have been given the run around: "we will call you when we have the part" / "we will call you to book an appointment" - no call, not once. When we finally took action, we were told the part was in and we were booked in for an appointment. My partner took time of his work to come drop the truck off only to find out they 1. Had no idea what he was talking about 2. Did NOT have the part and 3. If this was to be replaced it would have to go to a different dealership for days.
This is just a final straw as we have consistently dealt with poor customer service and communication from this location. We highly regret buying our vehicle here and never will again. For such a great quality vehicle that Toyota offers, they have the worst customer care I've experienced.
