They told us the car had certain safety devices fitted that we had asked about, and showed us that these had been checked on their inspection sheet, but something didn't feel right, so we did a little of our own research to check the build records for the car, we discovered that the model they were trying to get us to buy didn't have any of the safety items they had told us it had. The inspection sheet had items ticked that weren't even on the car! We told them that we were not happy about that, but instead of any apology, they told us that if we didn't like it, to go and buy a car elsewhere. We were horrified that they had tried to deceive us and then were completely disinterested when they realized we wouldn't then buy the car.. Appalling attitude and just rude, we certainly won't ever go back to Campus Nissan, disgusted. More
Shorty work and dirty results Took the car in to have the radiator fixed which could have resulted from an inappropriate hose being put on from another Nissan dealership. On getting the car back there was transmission fluid inside the car and greasy shoe marks all over the carpet. Lack of attention to detail. The destroyed car interior has happened on multiple visits. Nissan victoria, you need to clean up your act. More

From the moment my friend and I walked in the door, through multiple test drives and signing almost a week later, we were made to feel welcome and that our business was valued. Purchasing a new vehicle was a little overwhelming for me, but at Campus the staff were very patient and friendly. They even stayed two hours after closing to have me leave with my car that night! I would strongly recommend, for anyone looking to buy a vehicle, go see the staff at Campus Nissan-they will take good care of you! Thanks again gentlemen! More

So we We were going to look for a second pathfinder with a few more options than our basic model. The dealer called to say a QX4 had come on the lot. So we went to see it, they offered the unit for a test drive so we said yes and took the vehicle out. Besides many odd issues we decided to have the vehicle independently checked over. Well as soon as it went on the hoist we new some issues existed. The underside of the vehicle was nothing but rust, the coil springs were rusted out, a lot of the running gear was seriously rust damaged and we noticed the wheel had been redone as the inside of the wheels were all rust. We were also advised that the vehicle was unsafe and to take it back to the dealer. The salespeople lied and tried to cover up, even the service department lied to our face. We then produced the two independent reports, got more lies and excuses. We got our deposit back, politely left the premises and to this day Vow to never go back to Campus Nissan Victoria or any other Campus dealership. Go private, the dealers are the crooks. More
I was in a market for a new car and narrowed down my choice to a particular sedan model. after doing some extensive market research went to see what is available at Campus Nissan and was met with a sale choice to a particular sedan model. after doing some extensive market research went to see what is available at Campus Nissan and was met with a sales person after 10-15minutes of peruzing around. The salesman claimed to be in car sales for quite sometime (with Nissan Stealership for last few years) but during the test drive when asked some basic questions about the product his response was that he would need to look it up when returning to the Stealership!! None the less when it came down to crunching numbers their price was way higher than most dealerships through out Vancouver and up Island locations!! after wasting quite a bit of time realizing these guys are out to get as much money from poor customer who walks in I left and ended up purchasing my brand new Nissan (exact same one that I was looking at campus Nissan) from a dealership an hour away and saved over $2000 despite the fact that I was assured I could not get the vehicle cheaper elsewhere and supposedly their Stealership is not making much money based on the deal I was offered!! I was in search of a new or used SUV on autrader.ca and came across one that seemed suitable at Campus Nissan. They had a gently used 2012 on their lot, so I sent them an email with some questions (is it a local vehicle, how many kms...Nothing too complicated). The next day I ended up getting responses from 2 different sales people. I had to re-ask the same questions a few times before I finally got someone who answered to me. Everything sounded good and I was ready to make the trip to the dealership when suddenly the price of the vehicle went up by over $1000. When I asked them why the price suddenly rose within a few hours of me contacting them, they replied that it was part of their Christmas sale, but now the sale had ended. It's interesting that they were having a Christmas sale that miraculously ended on that one particular vehicle a few hours after after I inquired. A sale that just ends on a Thursday afternoon in mid-January? I would think that used cars aren't exactly flying off the lot after Christmas...but hey what do I know? I explained to them that it seemed like they increased the price right after I showed interest in the SUV. When they denied that was the case I told them that I felt they were being dishonest. They said that they could look into honouring the original sale price. Guess that should make me feel like I'm getting a deal. The lack or organization and dishonesty right from the start raised some red flags for me. I couldn't imagine what things would have been like once it came time to sign the papers. More
Great pre-purchase script and very consistent with phone calls and emails. Promises of offering you the best deal and service...typical car salesman. Beware of their tricky dirty tactics when you discuss an calls and emails. Promises of offering you the best deal and service...typical car salesman. Beware of their tricky dirty tactics when you discuss and negotiate the final price and most importantly if you have a vehicle to trade-in. Carefully READ documents/worksheet that they will make you sign. The numbers on the final worksheet was different from what we agreed on. I did not hear back from the salesman after I purchased the vehicle and expressed my concerns with the negotiated price. Bad sales experience....all they care about is to make $$$. More
Normal dealership. Over priced, can never get old parts or see what is going on with vehicle service. Below all the niceness it is still a dealership driven by only profit. or see what is going on with vehicle service. Below all the niceness it is still a dealership driven by only profit. More
