We met with Gerry Santos who helped us out the moment we walked in and was very friendly. After speaking with Gerry and learning out about the year end sale, he pointed out that the monthly payments associated with a used vehicle will be higher than that of a new purchase and also that insurance worked out to be cheaper as well. Without his knowledge, we would have had higher monthly car and insurance bills and now we have a great reliable sonata because of the great staff at hyundai. Also Mary Young, the financial manager was great to deal with. She made the process of purchasing the car very easy and quick. Overall I would recommend this hyundai to my friends and family... And I already have. More

Well worth the wait I recently bought a previous enjoyed, one owner 2011 AWD Santa Fe with the help of the very friendly and ever helpful sales rep Gerry Santos. Now, I I recently bought a previous enjoyed, one owner 2011 AWD Santa Fe with the help of the very friendly and ever helpful sales rep Gerry Santos. Now, I know that I am a very picky, hard headed person to work with. So when Gerry took my needs to the sales manager (they were some pretty high wants) and went to bat for me and got what I asked for. I knew I had the right man for the job. When my Delivery was put back by 5 day due to unforeseen issues with parts not in house, Gerry once again stepped up and got me a loner car for the week at no charge. Financing was a breeze with Mary Young (Who Recently got engaged, Congrats).. She not only made it fun, but got me a great rate over a sort term. What pleased me most about Mary, was the fact that 1.5hrs after I left I got a call from her to tell me that she found a better rate!! She truly had my best interest at hand.. Ryan Van Schaik did a great job of helping me get a problem solved with the auto start on the vehicle shortly after I picked it up. He got it in and fixed up very quickly, and went over and above to make sure I was happy. I am very happy that I chose to buy at Cambridge Hyundai!!! Will Buy there again in a heart beat.... It is the 31st of December and I entered Cambridge Hyundai and met Matt, the smiling, tall, young, pleasant/cheerful/knowledgeable sales consultant. Matt was told my needs and he gave good advice and suggestions to meet my needs. Test drive and the decision made, it was off to meet Mary. Mary, financial services manger, again, a pleasant/cheerful/knowledgeable employee, was very helpful giving lots of valuable information, answering numerous questions and using terms I understood to make a successful purchase. I must add that everyone was friendly at the dealership, hello,smiles, introductions as they simply walked by and at no time did I feel pressured to make any purchase or decisions. New purchase of Sante Fe I just traded in my 2013 Elantra in for a luxury Sante Fe. I loved my Elantra but recently had a baby and needed a larger vehicle. First New Car! I first visited this dealership after paying a visit to the Hyundai showroom in the Cambridge Centre. After deciding to take the Veloster and the Acce I first visited this dealership after paying a visit to the Hyundai showroom in the Cambridge Centre. After deciding to take the Veloster and the Accent for a test drive, I made an appointment at the Cambridge Dealership. Within a couple of days, Matt had called me to verify a time. A couple days later I found myself being greeted by Crystal, and being introduced to Matt, as well as Paul. The test drive was very comfortable, and at no point did I feel pressured. Every option was presented to me, and they backed off if I wasn't interested. Crystal was fantastic from day one, and went out of her way to help me when I had to call in for some information when Paul was tied up with another customer. I feel for her as I too work customer service/sales, and nothing gets as grained into a persons head as a constant telephone ringing. Matt was great from the beginning to the end. He answered all my questions, knew everything about the car, and introduced me to everybody at the dealership. It felt like buying a car from the tallest friend you have. As I mentioned, I work sales as well, and not once did I feel manipulated, tricked, or pressured. I showed up right as pizza arrived at the dealer and by the time he was done with me it was all gone... so if you're reading this; buy the man a xxxx slice of pizza before heading in, would you? Paul was a naturally pleasant gentleman. He treated my family and I like he would his own, and needed only the smallest spark to create an enjoyable conversation. I had just bought a new car, yet somehow I enjoyed conversing with him so much that I forgot that I should have been over-eager to jump into the drivers seat of my new Accent.
