I dropped my car off at the Cambridge Hyundai service station because it was not drivable, and it took them 16 days just to diagnose the issue. I called the service department multiple times and even lef station because it was not drivable, and it took them 16 days just to diagnose the issue. I called the service department multiple times and even left voicemails, but no one ever responded or called me back. I ended up having to take Uber rides to the dealership just to get an update on my own vehicle. This has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had. The service advisors showed no professionalism, communication, or responsibility. I will never return to the Cambridge Hyundai service station or dealership. It is better to drive to another city than deal with this level of service. More
