Our salesperson was condescending and was prying into our financial situation to try to get us to finance the vehicle. Looking at and test driving vehicles was like pulling teeth, it took almost ten minut financial situation to try to get us to finance the vehicle. Looking at and test driving vehicles was like pulling teeth, it took almost ten minutes to get the keys to look inside the different models. Since they are all named almost the same thing "deluxe, plus, premium" it's not apparent what trim level you're even asking for. We have driven Hyundai vehicles for 10 years but these newer models are poorly designed. There is no spare tire only a patch kit- would you be comfortable putting your child in the back of a car that was patched on the side of the highway on the muddy shoulder? No? So you have to get the car towed every single time you have a flat tire. The touch screens control everything including heat. If you are wearing large gloves in winter you can't even turn the heat on without removing your gloves since there are no physical buttons. Overall a frustrating experience. More
