Walking into Hyundai I was not swarmed with reps wanting to make the sales pitch but was greeted with genuine smiles. As I was looking around, Alice Marian greeted me. Her bubbling personality and professionalism was certainly a refreshing experience. Alice truly cared about the car I wanted to buy not just the sale. Her knowledge of each and every car I had inquired about was actually very impressive. I was not pressured and had all my questions answered in full plus more. It was a very good learning session for me. Cambridge Hyundai will certainly be a hard act to follow not only for the warranties, quality and affordability but also for their outstanding sales Reps. I felt and still feel, that I was dealing with a friend. I liked that there was no pressure. Kylee believed in the product she was promoting and I think it's important to build a trust with a company that you are investing in. I wish her all the luck as she starts her own new adventure (becoming a new mom) and hope to do business with her and Cambridge Hyundai again. More

We did just that and we ended up purchasing a new vehicle. My only negative experience was the extremely long wait we encountered when we arrived a few days later with a money order to pay for the new vehicle. Jonathon went out of his way to make it right but it was not in his control. Many thanks to him for trying. More

Purchasing a Used Vehicle We were looking for a used Hyundai Santa Fe and saw on at Cambridge Hyundai and liked what we saw on the internet. We drive from London to Cambridge We were looking for a used Hyundai Santa Fe and saw on at Cambridge Hyundai and liked what we saw on the internet. We drive from London to Cambridge to see this vehicle and were met by Alice who greeted us with a huge smile and handshake and asked us how she could help us. We told her what we had come to look at and she took us to the car and showed us the different features and let us take it for a test drive. Upon our return we decided that we would like to see if a purchase could be worked out. Within a very short time a satisfactory deal was presented to us and we decided to move forward with the purchase. We then talk to Paul and did the necessary paperwork and he told us about the extended warranty that we could purchase. We never felt pressured and our experience was really good. Everyone who came by us spoke and was very friendly. When we went to pick up the vehicle everything was done and waiting for us. A few day later both Alice and Paul called us to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Cambridge Hyundai. More
