He showed me some vehicles that I might be interested in, based on our conversation. Then he introduced me to Mr. Paul Walia. Paul handled the finances of the loan for my new Tucson. Paul is very kind, I felt very comfortable talking with him. Paul worked many hours, and went above and beyond to make My new car possible, and at the best price possible! I would recommend Cambridge Hyundai, and it's incredible staff to anyone! I am the third person in my family to purchase a vehicle at this location, and I'm sure I won't be the last! Service department found something on the 2010 I did not know about, and looked after it. The one recall was also handled expeditiously and without problems. On the 2013 salesman and financial person were very accommodating and efficient. Car was ready when I wanted to pick it up. More

Warranty Repair I have gone to Cambridge Hyundai many times for oil changes since I purchased my car from them and always get awesome customer service! They are great to deal with, so friendly, patient and helpful! Yesterday I brought my car in for a warranty repair and my service adviser was Marcus, who is a great guy, helpful and very great to deal with. Also yesterday Ryan took the time to test drive my car with me to find out why it was still rattling. I really appreciated his patience since my car was being stubborn and not making the rattling sound until near the end of the drive. I have dealt with Ryan many times before and he's always so great to deal with! He's always been very patient with me with my many questions and I feel like I can go to him if I have concerns or questions about my car. I'm just so glad I chose Cambridge Hyundai when I bought my car because they have been so great to deal with! I know I will continue going there and will recommend them to my family and friends! :D Thank you! :D Update (Oct 2, 2014): I did have to go back for the rattling (last week) but they have now fixed it! I can't thank them enough for fixing my car and figuring out what was causing the rattling sound. They reassured me that they would figure out what was causing the problem (the car would not rattle for them at first!) and I knew they would. I had dealt with Chris many times during this issue and he was very patient and just great to deal with. I would like to send a BIG THANK YOU to Ryan, Chris, Marcus, Jack (technician who fixed the car!!) and Tracy who made me laugh when I was pretty stressed! :) Cambridge Hyundai has an awesome team! They will do what it takes to make a customer satisfied and happy! :D More

So it was never a doubt I would want another hyundai, I chose Cambridge hyundai because of how well I was treated in 2007, and that same service has only gotten better. My salesman answered all my questions, and was very courteous. I never felt rushed or pressured. Finance manager paul walia treated me very good. The day I picked up my new santa fe was a great day, I was there for almost 3 hours, in a good way. Both paul and John took there time explaining everything I needed to know. My salesman John spent a lot of time going over everything about my new car, including almost 1/2 an hr inside the car helping me setup the extensive navigation system. Would not hesitate to suggest Cambridge hyundai to friends and family. In fact my sister may be going there very soon More
