Great Service, Great Team, Great People! I can't say enough about the positive experience that Ken Wong and his team gave me. This is my second vehicle purchased from Ken and every time he'd I can't say enough about the positive experience that Ken Wong and his team gave me. This is my second vehicle purchased from Ken and every time he'd stepped up his game in customer service and his transparency to his customers. Never once did I doubt his recommendation and his product knowledge blew me away! At time of delivery, it was the most seamless experience ever. It wasn't like a 3 hours process like other dealers but instead it was about 45 minutes from time of signing to handing me a brand new car. Also, I'd to recommend Wayne from the finance department for his honesty and recommendations. He made the this process so simple! The negotiation process was quick and fair, and at no time was i uncomfortable. Wayne Latulippe in finance was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I purchased some Ford accessories from the parts department, and a discount was applied without me asking, the Truck was clean and full of fuel.
