Amazing staff and amazing vehicle I bought/leased my new 2014 Ford Edge at the end of 2014 and couldn't be happier with it. The sales staff were great and just let me have my time without anyone descending on me as I came through the door. John Carvalho was the salesman that showed me around, talked me through what I might be looking for, my needs, and thoughts on different vehicles. From the time I came through the door, to today, from purchase to my experiences with the service department (Chrystal Tucker is amazing), it has been a great experience. I had fleeting concerns that the same great service I had been receiving over the years might not continue. Elic Lal at the service desk assured me, when I thought he and others, like Akesh Makan, might be leaving, that the personnel with whom I had been dealing would, for the most part, stay the same -- good people, honest and straightforward, that have kept me a Ford customer for so long. Needless to say, these are front-line people, the kind that can make -- or severely break? -- any business. Obviously, the owners of Cam Clark can rest easy: great products... and even greater people selling and servicing them! More
Great Service I had taken my 2005 Ford Escape to a local garage to have the winter tires replaced with summer tires ( summer tires were on rims ). When I went to pi I had taken my 2005 Ford Escape to a local garage to have the winter tires replaced with summer tires ( summer tires were on rims ). When I went to pick up my Escape, I was advised that the Control Arm Bushings were cracked and needed to be replaced ASAP and that the rear shock absorbers were leaking and also needed replacement. As I had not noticed any symptoms of either issues, I decided to get a second opinion from Cam Clark Ford Dealership. I first spoke to Kelvin and arranged to take the car in for inspection and repair if necessary. When I arrived at the Service counter I was greeted by Elic Lal. I explained the situation to Elic and he said he would have the vehicle inspected and advise me of the result. As the car would be kept overnight if repairs were necessay, Elic arranged for a rental car, at no cost to me. Elic called me the next day and said that the technician had inspected the vehicle and could not find any problems with either the Control Arms or the shock absorbers. This was great news to me and shows that you dealership is definitely customer oriented and not just there to make big profits at the customer's expense. Elic was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly throughout the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Cam Clark Ford to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable dealership. More
