Edge 2016 airbag recall & 1st service I booked the car in about 2 weeks in advance to get the airbag recall rectified and a rubbing noise coming from the rear of the car periodically which I booked the car in about 2 weeks in advance to get the airbag recall rectified and a rubbing noise coming from the rear of the car periodically which I explained to the service center. The rectification & repair took 3 days as a new part had to be ordered in. The rubbing noise was a rear axle rubber seal / boot which was fixed under warranty as the vehicle has only done 10,000 km's . I had to ask allot of questions with regards to the repairs as no info was forth coming !! Also a dealership should be able to supply a courtesy vehicle while your car is being repaired instead of being sent next door to Enterprise to hire a vehicle at a discounted rate. If so Ford should pickup the cost on the hire car. More

Superior Service Employee, and an asset to Cam Clark I was recently went in to Cam Clark with a Door Ajar switch issue that almost ended my vacation last minute. Every time I came to this dealer for service I need to take a day off from my work, because they are not opened on Saturday, I believe most dealers that open on Saturday can meet Ford service standard, I can just continue at other dealer without taking a day off.
