Bad Service I have a 2013 Focus, and they had a recall for transmission a while ago. After the recall appointment, they changed the transmission and told me every I have a 2013 Focus, and they had a recall for transmission a while ago. After the recall appointment, they changed the transmission and told me everything was okay, but the problem was not fixed at all, the car always shakes while idling and accelerating. So recently on Nov 2nd, 2017, I booked another appointment, and told them the problem once again, and they told me it will take a day for repair after testing. Since I have to go home without my car, they gave me two options for traveling. It was either paying $25 (half price) to rent a car, or they can give me $10 taxi voucher, which is completely ridiculous since it's their problem and they did not give me a free courtesy car. On the other hand, the taxi voucher was not enough to pay the trip back to my house which is in Richmond so I had to pay extra $10 by myself. Even worse, immediately after I got home, they called me and the technician said everything is normal so I could go get it. But I realized the problem was not fixed the car was still shaking when I accelerate. So I gave up with them and went to another dealership on Nov 17th, 2017 and when they tested my car, they told me the transmission was not normal and needed to be replaced, they even gave me a 'free' courtesy car. People there were so nice. More
Disappointed I purchased my vehicle F150 a 2013 new. Purchaed an extended warranty package. Front brakes were replaced in 2017 written on the invoice was rear brakes replaced next service Took vehicle in after making an appt in october scheduled by the dealership for Nov 13th. The window sticker provided by the dealership for next service was November 9th. The dealership was well aware of my warranty time and scheduled my appointment two weeks after my extended warranty ran out. I paid $800,00 which should have clearly been covered under my extended warranty. Very very disappointed :( Just a know you are past warranty not so much as a " i will look into this or here is a number to call to make your case". More
