Buying a car is actually a treat! New to Canada and on a NAFTA work visa, we leased a new Ford Fiesta from Cam Clark Ford Lincoln in North Vancouver a couple of years ago and were blow New to Canada and on a NAFTA work visa, we leased a new Ford Fiesta from Cam Clark Ford Lincoln in North Vancouver a couple of years ago and were blown away by their level of customer service. No question unanswered by Thad, our sales person, no financial expectation unfulfilled by Chris Deal. We left with a perfect vehicle for downtown living. Now Permanent Residents, we sought out Thad again and came back mid-lease to see what we could get as our vehicle needs had changed. We upgraded to a brand new Ford Edge and were able to lease with the same finance company. Every step of the leasing process was smooth, professional and extremely pleasurable. Thad listens intently to what you want and never oversells you. He is extremely good at identifying what your vehicle needs are and will morph into and knocks it out of the ballpark each time. Liz went above and beyond to navigate the leasing options for us and got us an amazing rate. This dealership is not your average car buying experience, it's an actual pleasure. Not saying perfection doesn't take a lot of time, but overall kudos to Cam Clark Ford Lincoln, North Vancouver! More

I initially dealt with his assistant Keith Bendall who gave a very good first impression. I told him my situation and needs and he immediately started by showing me trucks in my price range and options. I sent all my info to Enzo and Keith who worked diligently to get me the best deal on my trade in. We eventualy arrived at a deal and I am thrilled with my new truck. Throughout all my dealings with Enzo and Keith they were always honest, up front, personable and professional. At no time was there any of the usual “ car sales games” played by the other dealers I had attended. THey went out of their way to assist me and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable . I should also mention the support people that were involved. Elizabeth and the large British gentleman from finance were professional, personable and very likeable. I can honestly say I LOOK forward to going to Cam Clark Ford now. I am treated so well and get the information I need to make a good decision. Cars/Trucks are very expensive now but Farzin at Cam Clark Ford just lets me go with what I want and then helps me understand my choice.
