Thad is polite, professional and very helpful. There is no pressure up front when he shows you the vehicles and that continues on all the way through to the purchase and delivery. If you are not interested in extended warranties or maintenance packages, he won’t waste your time trying to sell them to you. Of course, if you are, he is more than happy to go over everything with you. He responded quickly to all of my emails and was able to get me a very fair price on both occasions. Thad will always make time for you, but he can be quite busy, so it is probably best to try and set up an appointment. He definitely gets an A+ from me! More

Prior to a few days of locating a MKX that met my criteria, I had not heard of, or had any dealings with Cam Clark Ford. I talked to a salesman by the name of Don MacGregor and explained the make,model,year and condition of the vehicle I would be trading in on the Lincoln that I was interested in. I had only viewed this Lincoln MKX on their website. Don said he would see what he could do and offer a fair purchase price. After a couple of calls back and forth we settled on what I considered to be a very fair price. We then departed the next morning to purchase our new auto. In all honesty both the vehicle and the buying experience exceeded out expectations. The transaction of purshase was completed in a very efficient and short period of time. Our new Lincoln MKX was immaculate, filled with gas,and ready for our journey back to Kelowna. Don also spent time with us explaining the safety features and various functions of the vehicle. I have no hesitation recommending Don MacGregor and Cam Clark Ford for purchasing your next automobile. Purchasing a vehicle from these people was flawless,honest, and absolutely no pressure.
