''GREAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" I do not have any idea when it comes to cars so I really do not know whom I'm gonna ask if there is any problem or question about my car,not only prob I do not have any idea when it comes to cars so I really do not know whom I'm gonna ask if there is any problem or question about my car,not only problem literally but general information regarding my car.No knowledge at all in other words so I am very thankful that when Cam Clark Ford came things changed.I am referring to the good and very helpful and friendly service particularly of Kevin and Ashley as well as Scott in the service department.They were both willing to answer all of my questions and give advice and suggestion which I really appreciate so much.Little by little I am learning about my car.I am just new to have a car and to be honest if your paying a lot of money to your car and you do not even know about it like for example the service package that was offered to you and other things related to your car it is not really worthied but now I am very confident to say that I am satisfied and happy.It is very nice to have people like them who are there ready and very accomodating to provide a good and honest service to their customers especially like me who knows nothing about car.I will definitely recommend Ford Cam Clark.Thank you again and God Bless everyone. Superb Service!! Decided to try out the Ford Dealership which is under new management in Canmore after avoiding the dealership for almost 10 years. Long story, but in my opinion my company got ripped off getting some repairs done back then and I vowed not to come back. Any ways went to get some electronic issues dealt with on a 2005 - F150. What a great experience from the gals (Ashley & ?) who got the vehicle booked to making sure the right technician dealt with the issue when it became obvious that it was going to require some specific skills. I even have a bank account left after everything as the cost was reasonable. Overall you have won back an old customer that avoided that Ford dealership for the last decade. More
Very positive first experience Like others, I was leery of having our new-to-us Ford Edge services by the dealer. But, when a loud grinding sound mysteriously appeared, someone who Like others, I was leery of having our new-to-us Ford Edge services by the dealer. But, when a loud grinding sound mysteriously appeared, someone who really knows the vehicle seemed the best choice to get it repaired and we took the leap and brought it to Cam Clark Ford. Having just picked up the vehicle, I am very happy with the whole experience. The Service department is open at good hours - including all Saturday - that allowed me to drop off and pick up the vehicle and still manage work and get kids to where they needed to be. The folks working in the Service department are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and - in my first experience - really tried to find the best cost solution to do the work that needed to be done and did not "invent" other repairs as I've experienced at other Ford dealers. The work recommended and completed was exactly what I'd expect for a vehicle of this age and mileage. The cost was fair. Based on a short initial drive, the work has been done very well. Ashley in the Service Department was very helpful in explaining what was done, what should come next and in helping to land on a fair bill. We will definitely be back. More

BRENDAN KEPT ME INFORMED OF PROGRESS IN THE PURCHASE OF THE RIMS,TYRES AND ACCESSORIES WHICH TOOK NO TIME AT ALL AND ASHLEY FOUND A SPOT IN THEIR SERVICE SCHEDULE TO FIT MY TYRES AND RIMS THE DAY THEY ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP. 2008 Ford Fusion anti-theft servicing Due to my Ford not starting and the anti-theft light flashing, (the vehicle would not start at all), I contacted the Service department to see if it w Due to my Ford not starting and the anti-theft light flashing, (the vehicle would not start at all), I contacted the Service department to see if it was possible to have it looked at even though I didn't have an appointment. I brought my keys at 0730 to Kevin and went back to Ford at about 1100 and was pleased to see that my car had been brought in already. Ashely at the service desk greeted me warmly and asked me if I wanted to be taken in to town as the vehicle would be a couple of hours. It was confirmed that the anti-theft had kicked in and a new key would be needed. The service department had the keys required which Ashely worked to assist with the pricing, the new FOB was programmed and Kevin and Ashley were able to get me back on the road home. I received excellent service and highly recommend their service team. Thank you so much! More
Excellent Service We purchased our 2006 Escape new. Last summer when it was 10 years old things started to go wrong. It needed a new stop light bulb. We have the vehicle regularly service at this Ford dealer and they appear very competent. 160,000 service last Friday, pleasantly arranged by the service receptionist, Ashley, who almost made it a pleasure to Pay! Noteworthy is that there is no pressure to change things that do not yet need changing. Case in point: The brake pads have never been changed and I asked the mechanic if this was OK. He said that at 5mm they still have some life in them. More
