Helped me in a pinch! So welcoming and helpful. Ashley took care of me from the moment I walked in the door. I live 2 1/2 hours from any shop and all of the shops i visited prior to this dealership Ashley took care of me from the moment I walked in the door. I live 2 1/2 hours from any shop and all of the shops i visited prior to this dealership turned me away but told me "don't drive it".. Luckily they had two cancellations so they could squeeze me in. Great customer service Dealt with them twice now with my 2010 Mustang which i bought used and abused which needed some work done and an airbag recall. Was booked in prompt Dealt with them twice now with my 2010 Mustang which i bought used and abused which needed some work done and an airbag recall. Was booked in promptly by ASHLEY and i had some cosmetic and mechanical work i wanted done which i hadn't originally asked for . She simply wrote it on the work sheet and relayed my requests to the mechanic instead of making a long story about it like "sorry we haven't time and you will have to rebook". I made further requests which she just carried out without hesitation. She also kept me up to date with any additional work required that the tech had found and the cost . More
