I was in town and my Toyota Tacoma started having emergency power issues so I brought it right to Cam Clark Ford just before Christmas in December 2022 for a power emergency and was greeted by a kind emergency power issues so I brought it right to Cam Clark Ford just before Christmas in December 2022 for a power emergency and was greeted by a kind professional and skilled staff member who quickly came up with a few possible solutions immediately giving me options as they where completely booked and had to work me into the schedule. My spouse and I were in town doing groceries when the truck failed and are so grateful for the Service team who got us home to Banff with all our groceries while they kept the truck for two nights, had the necessary parts expedited to them and kept me completely informed the entire time. I feel my confidence in the service team was not miss placed and I am 100% satisfied with the high standard of customer service and thorough testing and maintenance performed by Cam Clark Ford. Although I had an issue with a recent service issue, the problem was resolved at a second appointment. Evidently the service representative did not fully understand the amount of time needed to complete a problem was resolved at a second appointment. Evidently the service representative did not fully understand the amount of time needed to complete a recall notification. The Service Manager contacted me and I explained the issue and he was very understanding. I remain comfortable with taking my truck to Cam Clark Ford in Canmore for service. More
