When my Ford Escape wouldn't work in -25C weather, I got a drive to Cam Clark Ford in Canmore and arrived just as the Service dept. was closing. However the mechanic Scotty and service agent Gracie were the a drive to Cam Clark Ford in Canmore and arrived just as the Service dept. was closing. However the mechanic Scotty and service agent Gracie were there and listened to our tale of woe. Scotty explained the unusual way of having to jumpstart the battery in a 2017 Escape. Luckily a client who was just leaving offered to drive to where we were stranded and give us a boost. The boost was successful, so we immediately drove back to Cam Clark and Gracie let us leave the car in the service bay. The Service dept. checked the battery first thing the next morning, The battery was an old one and was dead. They replaced the battery right away and we have had no problem ever since. Big thanks to Gracie and Scotty and to Cam Clark Ford. Patrick More
