The detailing was ok but because of the amount of dog hair in the vehicle it was a difficult job without removing the seats to properly clean the vehicle. After purchasing a new vehicle last year from another Ford dealership and not have a good experience, we were a nervous even going onto the lot to check out a used vehicle we had seen online. Shortly after arriving we were greeted with a friendly smile by a salesman named Ron. Right away he addressed our questions and focused on what we wanted. He took time with us, did not rush us along and really made us feel really welcome and appreciated as customers. He knew it was going to be my vehicle and focused on talking to me not just my husband. He gave us space and time to talk so we knew we were making the right decision for our vehicle needs. The dealership was clean and well staffed, it was obvious they take pride in their business and their vehicles. Kristine Simmons in the financing department was also great to deal with and again answered all of our questions thoroughly and was really fun to talk to. Not a typical Saturday i went in on a Saturday and talked to Ed Wan. I bought a 2019 Ford Escape as a result.
