Service appointment I tried to make an appointment for my regular service of my ford focus but could not be accommodated for a time that would work for me so I just drove I tried to make an appointment for my regular service of my ford focus but could not be accommodated for a time that would work for me so I just drove up as a fast lane customer and got right in. Other times that I have made an appointment I have had to wait for a hour after my allotted time before my car was brought in and then another hour to have the service done. I will not try the appointment method for my service again. More
