Why would I bother to do that? Even If I was offered something in return to try and justify the poor service I received. I wouldn't want to waste my time to be disappointed once again! "No thanks" While I was in Cam Clark you have a sign posted behind your front service counter. Sign says to contact Cam directly if unsatisfied with anything. I called left message & got a call back telling me to call some other dude lol "lame" establishment is a JOKE! I purchased my truck from Cam Clark. I was disappointed when I received my purchase, disappointed on first service, I had to take it there for warranty work "feels like they toned down my truck" to avoid future warranty once again being disappointed, now I have been disappointed the 3rd & last time. I used to live in Airdrie, I know lots of people in Airdrie, I considered my purchase from Cam Clark for this reason. I now live in Calgary & I commuted for all the all the above purchase/warranty/service... Big friggen mistake. You can bet your ass I spread the word every chance I can to avoid Cam Clark Ford!

Well Cam Clark (yes himself) cares very greatly and now runs 7 different dealerships (two being constructed) and he has to have people help him or he would never be able to keep up. The sign he has posted is not a joke and he is also the reason I am contacting you now to try and help resolve the situation / apologize. We also give out loaners all the time you just have to talk to the service manager or anyone in sales (assuming you dealt with someone to buy your vehicle here) Regardless of your comments I am still sorry for the poor experience you received and we have made great changes in quicklane (busiest Quicklane in Western Canada) which included hiring a third advisor, no longer taking appointments as that is not what quicklane is intended for (people now get in and out as a result), a new computer system and hiring 4 more technicians to complete the work. Sorry we couldn't help change your opinion / earn a second chance and if you live that far away I could understand not wanting to return and risk having a bad experience. Lastly I am not sure what you mean by feeling the truck was toned down to avoid warranty work but that isn't something the technicians are capable of doing and the dealership gladly does service as it generates revenue for the dealership. I will be here anytime if you decide you would like to give us a second chance. Thanks, Bryan

Sorry again to hear about your experience in our quick lane department and we offer both shuttle service and loaner vehicles if the circumstances call for it. When people end up sick and staff is short we can get behind and do apologize in advance. We don't ever want customers waiting but being one of the busiest Quick Lanes in Western Canada it is bound to happen from time to time. Again sorry for the delay in your repair and sorry you did not want us to try and help you further. Thanks

Hello James Bond, We do not and would never benefit from doing "fake oil changes" to a customers vehicle. Customer service is our number one priority and we believe in customers for life. You are welcome to contact us directly regarding this matter as we have not heard back from you. We also do not feel that an engine would cease after an oil change being 4 weeks past due. We recommend customers getting an oil change every 6 months or 8000 km's but most Ford vehicles can now go up to 10,000 km's and some as high as 12,000 km's between oil changes. Again we are sorry to hear about the engine difficulties and being out of warranty is never a happy situation when something as expensive as the engine fails! We look forward to hearing from you directly.
