We have dealt with Rich in the past and found him to be an exceptional sales person, primarily because he is very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. Does everything he can to make sure you are completely satisfied. This is the third car we have purchased from Rich because we find him to be honest and professional. There is simply no reason to go elsewhere because he posesses all the qualities one would look for in a sales associate. This last purchase was one that took some time because we needed to find the right car at the right price. Rich always kept us in the back of his mind and would periodically send us emails of vehicles he thought might fit our needs. Never pushy or aggressive, he would simply do everything he could to make things work to our advantage. We would highly recommend him to anyone!!! More

Rich did an exceptional job in taking care of us when it came to deciding what to buy! Coming in with the intentions of buying a particular vehicle and leaving buying a different car was certainly a surpri came to deciding what to buy!
