Unable to fix electrical problem during warranty period Vehicle brought in for service under warranty for intermittent battery drain rendering it untrustworthy. Dealer was unable to identify or rectify the Vehicle brought in for service under warranty for intermittent battery drain rendering it untrustworthy. Dealer was unable to identify or rectify the problem (despite several visits) which now continues after warranty expiration. BMW Canada views this as a Budds issue and offers no additional support. Budds will not extend or honour the warranty coverage and believes BMW or customer to pay costs. Service managers at Budds are non responsive to calls seeking resolution. More

We have dealt with Rich in the past and found him to be an exceptional sales person, primarily because he is very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. Does everything he can to make sure you are completely satisfied. This is the third car we have purchased from Rich because we find him to be honest and professional. There is simply no reason to go elsewhere because he posesses all the qualities one would look for in a sales associate. This last purchase was one that took some time because we needed to find the right car at the right price. Rich always kept us in the back of his mind and would periodically send us emails of vehicles he thought might fit our needs. Never pushy or aggressive, he would simply do everything he could to make things work to our advantage. We would highly recommend him to anyone!!! More
