Excellent service Recently purchased my car but had to take it for servicing due to minor issues. He even went an extra mile and kept me informed about all the services performed and let me know the time remaining! Plus he got rid off some scuff marks. They were also very honest on little tricks for some of the features. Signed, paid deposit, and never got my car Left Pfaff BMW after the salesman (Mush Mushtaq) at Budds' Oakville asked me to consider the better "relationship" I'd have by shopping at Budds'. Hou Left Pfaff BMW after the salesman (Mush Mushtaq) at Budds' Oakville asked me to consider the better "relationship" I'd have by shopping at Budds'. Hours of time, $2000 deposit placed, final papers signed, and car guaranteed later, I receive a phone call from the salesman several days later that the car was recalled but they would get me another. Only catch? I'd have to pay $2000 more. Find out the car had actually been recalled a whole week before I placed my deposit (nobody mentioned it). Budds' Oakville refused to absorb the cost of the mistake (signed papers and deposits apparently mean nothing). An email to Mush Mushtaq's manager even went unanswered. Customer service at its worst. Rich is knowledgeable, Rich Acosta is the best car sales representative that we have dealt with at any dealership we have visited and purchased from. Rich is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We never felt pressured. The entire experience was amazing. We had looked at many options at the Toronto Car show. We initially went to a competitor dealership in Burlington (another luxury brand). We were hoping to test drive a model we had seen at the show. After a 45 minutes of waiting around to speak with a sales representative we left frustrated that no one could help us. Our next stop was Budds BMW in Oakville. We were immediately greeted at the door and promptly introduced to Rich. From the moment we met Rich we felt we were important. We test drove the X6 and purchased. We also met Scott Johnson the Sales Manager.. Scott is another reason why we love Budds. He understands customer’s needs, he knows the BMW products, is friendly and patient. He too never pressured us. We were impressed with the high level of integrity of both Rich and Scott. Our first experience purchasing the X6 was the only the beginning of our relationship with Budds. In the past few years in addition to the X6 our family has leased 3 more cars. A 5 series, a 4 series and a 3 series. The same 5 star experience every time! We will continue to be BMW customers as long as Rich Acosta and Scott Johnson are part of the Budds Oakville BMW team. We also will refer our friends and family. More

I don't need a favor, i want to service my car in the time that I booked. Last time I was waiting service for my car all day and nothing was done, because of all workers was busy. They returned my keys with "thank you for visiting us". I got ride at home and back, cap of coffee, they washed my car, but nothing else. I serviced my car there 4 years, but not any more. Each year service becomes worst and worst: Good service for people and bad service for cars. Just show up, More
