very bad In March 2015 I booked 2 times service to my car and both times I was not in the list. They made me a favor pick up my car to job. I don't need a favor, i want to service my car in the time that I booked. Last time I was waiting service for my car all day and nothing was done, because of all workers was busy. They returned my keys with "thank you for visiting us". I got ride at home and back, cap of coffee, they washed my car, but nothing else. I serviced my car there 4 years, but not any more. Each year service becomes worst and worst: Good service for people and bad service for cars. Just show up, More

Great experience dealing with Faisal Faisal was absolutely wonderful to work with. He made every step of ordering my M5 easy and exciting, Faisal went above and beyond to ensure I got all Faisal was absolutely wonderful to work with. He made every step of ordering my M5 easy and exciting, Faisal went above and beyond to ensure I got all of the features I was looking for and kept me in the loop at every stage as the vehicle was being made. After a bad experience at another dealership it was refreshing to deal with Faisal who respected me and didn't treat me like a child looking for a 'joy ride' when I asked to test drive the M5 and M6. He is very professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a BMW. More
Unable to fix electrical problem during warranty period Vehicle brought in for service under warranty for intermittent battery drain rendering it untrustworthy. Dealer was unable to identify or rectify the Vehicle brought in for service under warranty for intermittent battery drain rendering it untrustworthy. Dealer was unable to identify or rectify the problem (despite several visits) which now continues after warranty expiration. BMW Canada views this as a Budds issue and offers no additional support. Budds will not extend or honour the warranty coverage and believes BMW or customer to pay costs. Service managers at Budds are non responsive to calls seeking resolution. More
