Regrets after buying Bought a preowned 2012 X1 and received a recall letter last year. When I called to schedule the recall service, was told that the part isn't in, and t Bought a preowned 2012 X1 and received a recall letter last year. When I called to schedule the recall service, was told that the part isn't in, and they will call back. This was over 6 months ago. Called today to get BMW brakes done per the BMW value service information provided to me when the car was purchased. Was told "we no longer offer that". Sorry, everyone is good at the time of sale, but this followup was terrible. More

His name is Corey and he will forever be my BMW rep. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He was on top of everything for me and I didn't have to worry about anything! I love everyone here who have helped me. They are fantastic and even though there is another dealership closer to me, I will keep coming back to the Oakville location and I highly recommend them. I am completely satisfied!! More
