I was resigned to the fact that I would have to buy out my 328Xi Touring because I couldn't find the car I wanted at the price I wanted. It's not like the Touring was a bad car-far from it, but I split my my 328Xi Touring because I couldn't find the car I wanted at the price I wanted. It's not like the Touring was a bad car-far from it, but I split my time between city and country and need a vehicle that can handle dirt roads and 4 ft. snowdrifts. So I needed more clearance and wanted more power. The X1 was a natural but I thought it was kinda girly. Then I saw Budd's had two loaded X13.5 with M sport options and took one of them for a drive with Rich. 300 hp., a twin turbo six-cylinder, and performance tires go a long way to dispelling notions of daintiness. Rich was easy-going, informative, and a pleasure to deal with. We came to terms quickly and painlessly and the CUV has proven better than I'd hoped. I actually get looks from both sexes which I sure never got with the Touring. Not a big deal but a nice bonus. As was the $2000 discount I got from BMW for loyalty and for taking the advanced driver course. More

I had the unfortunate experience of having my new BMW written off by a Ford F150 truck travelling in the opposite direction. In the weeks that followed I contact Rich on many occasions, often time when he was off work, as my discussions with the insurance company left me high and dry with their nit-picking of what was, and was not, a valid cost of my car. Rich arranged for the dispute charges to be absorbed by the dealership. Then he arranged for me to have a rental car, at no cost, when the insurance company cut-off what I thought was a rental until I got a new car. He found an identical BMW in Germany and secured it for me. Through his involvement, I was able to carry on my regular activities until my new car arrived at the dealership. Throughout my relationship with Budds, which involved buying 2 new BMW's in 3 months, he kept me well informed by email, answered my many questions quickly and expertly. He was always immaculately dressed, very well mannered, cheerful, helpful and always went that extra mile, at the office or not, to make sure I was looked after. Just bought a brand new BMW X1 from Adam and had a great experience. This was my first BMW so wasn't sure what to expect and I had actually purchased the vehicle approximately 6 months ago but was currently experience. Adam provided me the option of putting some money down while they ordered the vehicle and held it until I could find someone to take it over. He was patient throughout the whole process and in the end he was able to get me a better deal by buying out the car for more than what the original dealership would give at the same time giving me a better deal on the BMW than when I had originally bought it. Adam's a great guy and doesn't play games and will give you a great deal on a vehicle. In the end we picked up the car with no issues and are loving driving it! More
