Living up to their promise! A year ago I had an unfortunate situation with my service and contacted Kyle the service operations manager. When I contacted him regarding the probl A year ago I had an unfortunate situation with my service and contacted Kyle the service operations manager. When I contacted him regarding the problem we encountered he had already addressed the issue with the staff involved and advised me how sorry they were for the error and additional wait time. Kyle wanted to know how he could keep my business moving forward. We made a verbal agreement last January and sure enough last week they honoured our agreement in full! My car looks great! Called me back with the definitive diagnosis along with the cost estimate and time needed to perform the work. Turns out my car needed the thermostat replaced and would take 2 days. Too busy Had an appointment at 11am for a 2h inspection to purchase a vintage M5. The seller of the car was waiting for my answer , but couldn’t answer until Had an appointment at 11am for a 2h inspection to purchase a vintage M5. The seller of the car was waiting for my answer , but couldn’t answer until I received report of said inspection. Got a call at 530pm(6.5 hours later), to tell me that they just finished the inspection, but all employees were gone for the weekend, so I would get my results copy on Monday morning. When I explained this to the seller, he proceeded to sell the car to someone over the weekend. They finally sent it by email at 7pm same day, even though they had told me Monday, so lost the car, and also paid 400$ for nothing. I fully understand that you could be busy, but in that case you should advise customers that there will major delays. I was never advised of this. Overall disappointing experience More
