We come from the city and we always have our 15 month old and no matter what or how long we are tgere for, this dealership makes us feel like family. They accommodate us with whatever we need and allows are daughter to roam while everyone is smile ear to ear and wants to see her. I feel the time flys by. Also, being referenced by your name when you come through the door by Mike...makes us feel like we have known each other for years. We have been very fortunate to have Mike as our go to guy, he is beyond informative and we trust him. This dealership for the past 4 years has made us aware that true customer service still exists in business. We love our vehicle and it was the best decision we made as a young family starting out....but I would say that for us the Customer Service would be a good portion of the decision to continue with the Hyundai brand.
