Mark was great, he really had patience with us as we were trying to decide on a '10 or '11. He told us that he thought he could get us the deal we wanted. Little did we know that we would actually have to go trying to decide on a '10 or '11. He told us that he thought he could get us the deal we wanted. Little did we know that we would actually have to go through Alonso for the deal. We met him and I knew instantly that we would be walking out of there with no deal, no car. He was so arrogant. He talked so low so that you had to ask him to repeat himself, then he'd act like you were a complete idiot (and I'm pretty sure he thought we were, anyway) and practically yell. There was no negotiating with the man, he made it very clear that he wouldn't budge from the list price so we walked out. My other half told Mark that Alonso was stubborn and I really thought the little man was going to give himself an anuerysm. He got all huffy in his little office and I thought for a second that he was going to come out of there and confront my other half, but he didn't. It was honestly the most awkward situation I had been in in a long time. Alonso was very unprofessional and I can guarantee that because of him we will never buy from Summit Hyundai and I will never recommend anyone there. Horrible experience. More
